I PAY FOR CUSTOM ADULT MOD

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hello everybody!

I'm looking for a capable moder to create for me an adult mod, I could pay 30 up to 50 $ depending from the result.

I'm almost certain that such mod doesn't exist for the SE version to the best of my knowledge.

Browsing around I've found lot of animations related mods, but what good is that when you could not trigger them on demand at any place, any time, with any NPC (including custom followers from mods).

It has to be immersive initiation of animation scenes by dialogues, no mambo jumbo random stuff, just plain and realistic dialogues which can be start exclusively by the PC.

Those dialogues should provide the option for various sexual themes, for instance role playing master/servant (SadoMazochism).

Equipment exist already by ZaZ for example and could be utilized on such cases by proper animation scenes.

There should be an option for determining the duration of per scene, prefixed and on fly.

Sorry to say but I've seen a lot of fagotry mods that presume a female PC in various submissive situations, how to be Dragonborn hero and so femalish on the same time is beyond my understanding!

In my mind, on such a game where there is no middle ground, kill or be killed, the Dragonborn can only be a dominant master followed by various exotic, ethereal beauties!

So if you think that you can do it and to be compatible with all major adult mods then please let me know.

When you finish it I would like to confirm that it is the way it's meant to be, then you can send me a Paypal payment request or link in order to complete our transaction.

Such a mod would need hundreds of hours - for 50$ - I would earn this amount faster when I go into a public shopping mall and begging for some cents...

I think you underestimate modding efforts pretty much.

you are here on a free website (Free Modding), if you want to pay then you should ask modder on patreon or paywall!

I'll give the admins $100 to delete this post. /s

I could criticise you, but it would be better to give you some advice: take your fifty dollars and give it to an active modder, or contact someone directly.

Thank you for your replies, I have no idea what needs to be done in order to create such mod, really I don't know and judging by your responses I assume it's harder than I thought.

In my mind was something simple, like "puppetmaster" or "matchmaker" but with dialogues instead of spells.

Also I've seen much more complicated and "heavy" mods like all "Devious..." mods which include not only dialogues but quests, NPCs, items, to be available for FREE.

So you want to tell me that such "heavy" mods are normal to be free but something simpler cannot be done for 50$, I'm really sorry but what you say makes no sense to me!

Modders make mods because they want to alter the game. At least thats how it works most of the time.

Example: Eli makes houses because she want her characters to have a place to live.

The public release is good-will.

You would have more luck if you flesh out your concept and make a small writeup explaining it.

This way a modder may think that it is a good idea and they too want it in their game.

zaira was just giving you an idea of the effort to create such mod.

I give you some numbers, let's say you want to be able to play 50 animations (that are already available), then you need at least a script and a dialogue line for each of them.

But then, probably, you don't want to have always 50 lines of text when you speak with someone, and (probably) not the same lines for each type of NPC.

So you need further lines and conditioning to trim them down and make them easy to get and - some sort - immersive.

It will be probably a good week of work for a modder (probably not 500 hours, but 40 or 50 yes.)

Modders will not just take 50$ for a commission (not to everybody, there is NOTHING bad in commissions) with such effort.

Better if you ask somebody that wishes to implement this idea, with a small compensation (if the modder wants) of 50$.

But at the end is the modder that will decide. Your payment is more a gift than a commission for the effort.

"But there are other mods bigger that are FREE!" Sure. Many modders did these mods for free. But just because they wanted to do these mods.

I got your point, still in my consideration 50$ is not just reasonable but pretty good since the official game doesn't cost that much, so how a mod which adds a small part in the main game to cost more than the main game itself?!

Whatever you might call it, donation, payment, commission, gift...etc it doesn't change the bottom line which is what I've said above.

I thought that I would attract faster and more modders by creating this topic rather than sending personal messages, even if I would PM I wouldn't know from which modders I should begin  with!

So I'm just wondering why such mod doesn't already exist when there are already bigger mods and many animations, also why the "puppetmaster" and "submit" mods have not been ported to SE yet??

Posted

Games are cheap compared to work put into them because lots of people buy them.
Read my earlier post if you want to attract a modder.

And if such mods already exists with like 60% of the features you want,

grab yourself some tutorials and try to add dialog to matchmaker.

More advanced steps would be making a dialog system where you can select the type of anim and so on.

It not about how much the game cost.

It's that you are asking someone to do work for you.

For a good mod like you want it could take 100 hours of work at $50 you are asking someone to work for 50c an hour.

So basically, unless it's work they "want" to do it wouldn't be worth someones time and if it was something they wanted to do it would of been likely done already.

Also remember when you brought the game for $50 millions of others payed $50 so the authors got A LOT more than $50 for years of work.

That's an explanation, but more buyers don't justify the work at hand, in other words I'm focusing on the objective cost in regards directly with time needed, while you focus on the subjective cost which is indirectly being related and is subject to demand.

If I was able to create such thing I would not be here speaking on such topic.

So according to your reasoning I should pay: 100 hours multiplied by 10$ (?) equals 1 GRAND TO GET 1 MOD!WOW!

I could buy a brand new, decent laptop with this kind of money!LOL!

Let's get realistic, shall we?!

The point of what Lozeak said was, if we're being 'realistic', don't expect anyone to jump on your $50 offer, because they'd be working for pennies.

Modders tend to do things for their own reasons.

You can make requests, or maybe find some similar Mod already, but your best bet if you want something exact is to learn how to Mod and then make it yourself.

In the UK if I work for 100 hours I'll get : Around $1000 (I work near min wage too)

So making a mod I'm not into for 100 hours for $50 is a joke. (not that I'd ever make mods unless I was guaranteed a good wage for over a year)

I would consider $1000 a responsible price for a mod that takes the kind of effort I'm describing.

Also via pateron there are modders getting paid $10k+ year (some near $100k a year) for 1 mod because they made they passion a job. So it already happens so it is already "realistic".

Not that what you want to do isn't good or has good intentions I get it but with $50 maybe ask a modder to alter there mod for you or show you how to (if you think a certain mod need just a tweak to get what you want) or donate it to a modder you like. I don't know.

Fact is $50 is not a lot on money when your asking someone to do a job for you.

Edit: good example to commission a drawing of a good artist will cost you $50-75 and they will work on that for 4-5 hours.

10$ working cost per hour ... where do you want to hire? India? (sorry my Friends from India)

Let's be realistic a decent mod is around 1-2k ppl hours for a start. As you write you want a high Quality so this should be a small start.

Ok i'm an expert in my working field but for 50$ you can't even pay me 30 minutes of work. But let's consider you don'T want an expert. and wit everything around we can agree on 50$ per working hour. And this is damn cheap.

so 1.5k hours * 50 we talk about 75 000$  for a small starting mod.  Welcome to the "realistic" part. And this is cheap.

Don't get confused about minimal wages or smth. like this. this is only the part the employee sees. There are costs like Equipment, taxes, social stuff, insurances and so on.

And if you now tell me that the game costs only 50$ ... LOL

the Development costs for Skyrim are around 85 000 000$ and this with a lot of reuse from the platform. Completly new i would raise the number at least to 250 000 000$

And again

Welcome to the real world my kid.

//edit we can now discuss Numbers of hour loans and amount of complete modding hours. But we can all agree on ... we talk about more than 50$ ;)

not a good comparison, the crowd makes the difference, Millions have bought the game.
what do you think, had to I to pay if Skyrim was developed just for me?
I estimate several million dollars!
I think this mod would also be very time consuming and then maybe just for you, because nobody else is interested, then 50 dollars are too little.

but me personally am strictly against pay Modding !!!

You can play Skyrim perfectly fine without beeing Dragonborn, even vanilla. Just a hint.

If you provide all the dialogues and forget about all the other features, than your 50 bucks might come close to a minimum wage of a few european countries. For somebody who knows damn well what he's doing, and some luck that he has an idea how to make it work and that idea work on first try. Which doesn't happen very often in coding.

That a mod like DD is free is because that is something the people creating it actually want. They do it for themselves, and because they like what they do. That doesn't mean you can't tip them if you like it and have the money, but it means you most likely can't pay them - i guess by now, with a wage of 1$ per work hour, DD would cost something between 3k and 10k$. And most people able to create such a mod would consider an offer to work for 1$ per hour offensive.

So... no, your 50 bucks for a mod with all the features (which aren't that easy) are not a payment. It's nothing more than a (generous, but still) tip. Which pretty much means, if nobody likes the idea you request (better than anything they're currently working on or other ideas), nobody cares about that money either.

"Doesn't do much" doesn't mean it's not much work. Consider that it took about 50 years to develop a programm that is able to recognize a difference between photo with a house and a phot with a bird - with nothing else on it. Your request is less difficult, but still...

What you are missing is that companies like Bethesda are not a single person, have you any idea how many persons are waiting and expecting to get paid by the profit from sales?!

There could be million of sales but are not happening all together, here and there, meanwhile the company has to cover running expenses by its pocket and little by little get the score straight.

In time (years after initial expenses) makes net profit.

When we see modders to request and/or hope for donations on Patreon of say 10, 20, or even 50$ while on the same time their work can be downloaded completely free why it's offensive/humiliating to offer upfront such donation??

Whether you call it tip or payment doesn't matter, the bottom line is exactly the same.

The point here is not in the semantics, besides I'd never expected such mod to be exclusively for me, it could be available for anyone interested too.

Therefore all I'm doing is to offer an extra motivation, I know that it's just a matter of time to find the mod I'm looking for on the downloads section COMPLETELY FREE!

I just thought to exchange the waiting time with some money, however, you are correct about the priorities of modders are being determined according to their taste and it's a fact that not all of us consider what's good on the same way.

You didn't offer a donation - you offered a payment, according to the title of the thread. Semantics do matter, regardless if other people could use the mod or not. Tell me, if your boss offers you an increase of your salary of 1 cent per hour would you feel that your work is appretiated, or would you rather feel beeing mocked? If, on the other hand, there is no higher salary but a present 50$ worth it's a nice gesture.

Your offer as well as the patreon donations are nothing else, a nice gesture. It's not even close to something like "addtitional motivation". With the difference that on patreon chances are that more people do it so it actually sums up, just like tips for a waiter. If you actually want to motivate somebody to make a mod offering money, add one or two zeros. Then we're talking about additional motivation - still not a good payment, but motivation. If your request stays at the level as requested, no future support included.

The only chance that 50 bucks would actually count as additional motivation would be if somebody already has plans to make exactly the mod you've requested, but in that case s/he doesn't need additional motivation to make it.

I don't want to discourage you too much but honestly, i wouldn't set my hopes too high that something like this mod actually happens. As you noticed, most mods on LL are in a different direction. Imho beeing the mighty hero who easily kills everything and stuff is rather boring, something many modders seem to see similar. Without those mods the time i've spent with Skyrim would have to digits instead of 4. While Skyrim isn't exactly bad, there are other games with much better stories.

So if you really want such a mod, i think learning how to create mods yourself might be the only chance to get it.

@GreatLord, @Nazzzgul666, @winny257, just be respectful of each other. Please.

I had zero problems with the original GreatLord post. Not the top words used, but it was clear it was not bad.

Then he was first explained, politely, that what he was looking for cannot be done with the amount of money he was proposing.

Then he was attacked, and attacked back. Sometimes good, sometimes wrong.

Point 1: offering a commission to do a mod is NOT a problem of LoversLab. That is not paywalling, that is giving some money for some service.

Point 2: Mods for free cannot be paid (copyright), is a modder releases for free it is his/her own willing.

Point 3: Contributions, if some of the contents are given for free, is 100% legit on this site. Stop arguing about.

Point 4: Ask before proposing. If you tell me that you give me 1000$ follars for my brand new car, I will just say no. (And most of the people will say go fuck yourself.)

Point 5: I will do the mod for free. Give me some specs. Post them somewhere, better a new thread. You will give 50$ to a charitable organization of your willing. You should only prove you did it (publicly without details, privately with all details.)

I totally agree with your points and see just one more proof that you're too good for this world. ?

But the whole thread was all against the PO.

I mean, I wouldn't want to work with or for someone who doesn't value me or my time, regardless of the field. Would you?

(Basically, trying to establish offer and acceptance in a public forum, and then using private entities as your example.. that's what I was referring to in my OP.)

If you really mean it I appreciate your offer, it's a deal.

About specs nothing fancy, just the ability for PC to initiate by dialogue options themed sex scenes with ANY NPC, including followers from mods.

The sex could be determined by the SexLab preferences and the category of animations according the dialogue options which will trigger the proper animations' group tag.

If it will be done this way then Sexlab and all its dependencies would be necessary.

An example of using a female PC but approaching another female NPC would initiate sex with strap on, in my consideration this is still lesbian sex.

There could be a dialogue option like: "I like it kinky...", the response could be something like: "what exactly do you have in mind?", then a subcategory opens which avails SadoMazo activities, with or without equipment(s).

This will be just one brunch of the dialogue tree, the main options will result in consensual sex.

In order to make it less complicated it would be better to avoid the speech skill in order to accept or decline a proposition.

However, it would be more realistic if there was the possibility to be rejected by NPCs according the speech skill, yet I don't consider it as a must, but optional.

I think you get the general idea, don't you?
