Animator unsure where to start.

Hey i'm a student 3D artist and my playthrough of skyrim seems to lacking a lot of simple sex animations such as blowjobs under tables. I wanna make my own SLAL pack but have no idea where to start. Can someone please direct me to the resource packs, the skyrim skeletons and models id need to use, a guide on how to put animations in skyrim, a guide on SLAL packs and just the whole shabang really. Sorry for being nooby but I'd like to get started asap with everything i need without missing out anything and i know the communities really good at helping out peeps like this. I'm also awful in terms of working stuff like nifscope and that by myself aha.
