The Manipulator by ffabris for SE

Did this mod ever have the tabs in the upper right side of the screen like I get with "showracemenu"?  The tabs such as presets and camera(to change the camera angle)

It seems this feature is not available.  It's difficult to sculpt an NPC without being able to rotate the character and change the camera angles.

Just want to report  - That this mod causes Skyrim's audio to crash as in the game will still run but no audio.  For some reason the sounds from this mod would cause the audio to pop then go silent until the game was restarted from desktop. It didn't happen often but enough to bug the shit out of me. I don't know what the purpose were for these sounds, but removing it solved my issue.

Found this reddit thread: Basically look for any .FUZ file that might been converted over from LE to SE. That might be the culprit for you.

The teleport feature on this mod is great- I just wish there was a way to add more teleport waypoints. 

I know there are mods that do this, but none are as straightforward (hotkey --> pick place --> fast travel).

Im getting a CTD on boot with this mod installed. Im assuming its conflicting with dynamic armor variants. Only because that mod would cause the other transmog mod i found to CTD too.

Hi Ghosty,

 

This mod is (well) over 10 years old. So I am not surprised if it causes problems. I haven't been playing/modding Skyrim in years, so unfortunately I basically lost all modding knowledge (such as it was), so I am afraid I can't help with tracking down errors. 

 

I am basically keeping this thread open, so people can post their problems as a "warning" to others, so they can see the issues that this mod can cause when used.

So you have three mods doing the same thing? Real smart. You have discovered that DAV and this third mod cause CTDs yet you have come here pointing the finger at Manipulator. The logical course of action would have been to removed DAV and or the third mod to see whether Manipulator  and the third mod or Manipulator on its own causes CTDs.

Basic trouble-shooting.

I've used Manipulator since it was first released and have never had any problems with it on LE or SE. There are some features I've never used but that is because of my choice rather than any problem with them.
