Grey Cloud Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 You can remove all the Ragdolls, XPMSE skeleton handles that stuff nowadays. More importantly, you have animation packs loading before SLAL. Can you post your FNIS output log?
Corsayr Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 CDT during load screen is often times missing masters. Do you use LOOT and are there any errors? If you use Nexus mod manager look at your plugin list and see if there are any red errors. If you use Mod Organizer look at your plugin tab and see if there are any ⚠️ red triangles.
SleepyJim Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Possibility: If you're running the latest devious devices (DDi and DDx v4.1) there have been lots of reports of crashing depending on other mods used. I see XPMSE, ZAP and quite a few SLAL packs in your load order, all of which add lots of animations (especially if you're running ZAP 8 or 8+ instead of ZAP 7) and there's simply a limit to how many animations (and other things) the game can handle. It's possible you're having that issue. It isn't DD's fault. It's just that not everything can be run together now. As mods develop and add more animations, scripts, features etc. we're all going to have to pick and choose what we install. There has been a lot of discussion about it in the devious support threads since they updated to v4.1. To find out if this is the problem you're having, try removing some of your big animation mods. The best place to start might be to remove your SLAL packs and see if you can load your game, then start adding them back in one at a time until it breaks again. You'll get an idea of how much your game can take and can then decide what to keep and what to get rid of. Other options: remove ZAP or go back to v7 if you're on v8 or 8+; remove DD or go back to v4.0 if you're on v4.1; disable the XPMSE esp, remove the tonnes of animations it installed, and just use the skeletons themselves.

And by the way also all mods and animations that you could somehow use. oh man I would remove at least half of it again. At least Defeat and DDi. Less is more;) Actually, it is recommended to activate a working mod list step by step and not all at once. PS: And in FNIS, GENDER Specific Animations can be disabled. I do not see any matches found

Grey Cloud Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 I would suggest disabling some animations, nearly 16,000 is a lot even for XXL. You may also want to check out the issues with Zaz and DD. I don't use them so I can't help there, all I know is that it is something to do with versions (?).

I hope the DDI issue gets fixed fast! It's a Skyrim issue rather than a DDi one, to be fair. Mods are just growing so big now and the game can only handle so much thrown at it. More content in mods is great, but it means we have to pick and choose what to install and what to leave out more than ever before.
