It says I need to download a super mutant penis file to get the licking animation to work but I can't find it. When I look under creature penises, there is only files for deathclaws and mirelurk kings.

The UAP patch has it, check the boxes for creature resources, the rest is optional, take only resources if you don't use this patch.

What would the severity of the incompatibility be between this mod and mods like More Ghouls: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/43441?tab=description and Mutant Menagerie: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/68187?tab=description?

 

I'm building my new load order and would like to include the two mentioned mods to spice things up a bit.  

 

I can live with creatures without a dong, i'm more worried about issues "under the hood" so to speak.
