CTD after activating bed in Alternate Start

I've ran BOSS, LOOT, and have looked at Papyrus; I'm still confused. Here's my load order.

Open Cities of Skyrim causes many problems for people from what I have read. Try deactivating it and any dependent patches, then test on a new game. Note that Boss or Loot is only going to do a generally decent job of sorting your plugins. You need TESVEdit to check for conflicts and build a merged patch and adjust your load order as needed manually. Even after that and a Bashed Patch from Wryebash, I still have to go back and fix things in my game often.

Why do you have bijin AIO and the rest of the bijin mods active at the same time? Bijin A(ll)I(n)O(ne) is supposed ro replace the single plugins to save space in the load order. You also use UFO, which is considered to be outdated and broken, use EFF instead. Do you use crash fixes or other SKSE plugins that help with fixing Skyrim's memory allocation? Because with all these mods I'm pretty sure Skyrim alone can't handle the load.

You don't need BOSS. LOOT is the new BOSS.

You have JK's Skyrim and Open Cities. Are they compatible?

You have JK's Skyrim as individual esps. Why not use the Complete verson?

You have multiple environment mods. Are they are compatible?

You have multiple follower mods. Do you need them all installed in one one game?

You have multiple lighting mods. Are they compatible?

You have multiple mods adding extra NPC (icluding animals). Can your hardware handle that?

Has your game ever worked?

Are you using ENBoost?

What destination had you selected in ASLAL?

Have you tried different destinations? e.g. one in a city, one outside in the wilds and one in a cave or dungeon.

Could we trouble you for a bit more information?

You have both ICAIO and Run For your Lives installed. The Full latest version of ICAIO will make NPCs run when needed. Don't need Run For You Lives at all. I dont know if the Lite version of ICAIO or older versions also do it, nor do I care enough to look it up at the moment.
