ok I went down through step 4. at step 5, my Sasha was not wearing anything but the dress she was wearing when I purchased her and her chastity belt.

 

ScreenShot5sm.png is what I get when I try to give her her Armbinder.

 

So I tried your step 4 - She was wearing her belt when I purchased her, the bra (or cuffs for that matter) did NOT go on l like it did in your photo. I don't see how they could, *I* have them.

In your step 5 she has all her gear on.. Mine hasn't changed. I just locked the chastity belt on her (which she already had on when I bought her)

 

I tell her (one of the two options) that I am going to lock arm and  legs cuffs on her. I get photo SceenShot8.png

(I NEVER get the lock a slave collar on you like in your photo - she doesn't HAVE it..I do)

 

I can keep saying I want to lock something else on her and it just comes back to this same menu until I just choose "All right that's all for now"

 

I CANNOT get any other restraints on her. I CANNOT give her the restraints that were given to me.

Option must look like in my screenshot: i will lock Slave collar on you...    Sasha can enslave you too as her AI.

If slave collar not lock on, so some mod conflicts there. or you use old or damaged DD mod.

It is by design, it is not possible to "give" devices to Sasha through the item trading menu, only through Cursed Loot's talking dialog like the above screenshots.

 

You didn't show any proof yet that Sasha isn't wearing anything else. What you see her wearing doesn't mean anything. You need "More Informative Console" mod to see lists like this:

hey guys I met one particular bug: when first time releasing Chloe, after getting the key, where she supposed to be free and become our follower, she didn't get free from her restraints. All the game do for her is doing some struggling animation and then looping it, i've tried exiting/entering the area hoping to teleport her, but she spawned still in bindings! did I miss something?

This can happen if you try to speed through the dialogue. What you do to fix it is open the console command screen by hitting ~, once in there move the cursor to Chloe and click on her (and make sure it actually pops up as her and not something else in the area), once you've verified you've properly clicked on her (her name should appear in the top right hand corner of the command screen or if you have more informative console installed you'll also get a pop up tab in the top lefthand corner of your screen) type disable hit enter, then type enable and hit enter then exit console command by simply hitting ~ again. Now she should be unschackled and there should no longer be a bondage post around.

I finally got it to work.. I guess. I had to keep trying to put things on her. every once in a while it would let me. and it would add it to her list. not all of them. not at once anyway. after a long process of trying to add, trying to add.. trying to remove... I finally got it to where she will respond to wearing everything.  but it was NOT easy.  There is something wrong here

now I'm having a problem with the "bound queen quest".

I have done everything Julius asks but he won't unlock me.

It says I must either pickpocket him or kill him.

Well, you can't kill him. despite him being a non-essential character.

I successfully pick pocketed him, I got a key its obviously not the key to the restraints but a key to a location supposedly in the college that I'll be damned if I can find.

You just equip it. It's very rare that it wouldn't do anything and i'm not sure anyone knows why it bugs when it does. Perhaps you changed the mod load order while having one in your inventory?

It bugs because Skyrim have bug with script deleting, if in inventory stacks a few items in one. So this pack is completely destroyed. You can fix bugged scripts by dropping to ground but as those items doesn't have ground models, so you can't pick up it again. For my game i added  ground model for it and dropping on ground it fix bugged scripts. Also you can find bugged item by moving it into chest, but this not fix this item itself.

Is this likely to clash with Skyrim Motion Controls ? I'm getting some weird bugs where my character's movement speed is VERY fast almost like zoomies since adding this but haven't been able to work out exactly what's causing it. Seems to trigger in combat sometimes. The most obvious thing though is that the slow acceleration SMC usually gives is just not working at all which makes me think that some movement thing in this mod might be clashing with it and breaking the feature. Could be wrong and could be something else but it wasn't happening at all before DCL was added so I'm not sure what else it might be.

 

My best guess is maybe something in the jump speed boost is causing speed boost to not get taken away afterwards and to stay locked on permanently.

The hobble dresses have been giving me a problem lately.  When I first started using this mod, I could only move in first person, but after switching to first and then third, I could keep moving.  Now that I have a first person camera to still see my body (SO great for sex animations)  now my character can't move at all in one, even in first person.  I believe it's because using true directional movement for third person, as well as this first person immersive camera that's causing just a slight lag in character movement, so while in the hobble dress it's unable to register that I'm trying to move. 

 

I have DD to OAR but even after unticking everything related to hobble dress I still can't move.  I guess the animation is using the mod included one.  It's not a super big deal cause I just have to stay out of hobble dresses, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can either adjust the animation itself, turn it off so the OAR version takes over, or anything like that.

I had this problem a long time ago, but it all came down to not launching the game through Skyrim script extender 🤪. Is this the only mod that's broken?

You can try and see which mods do changes to children first. For example find any child ingame, open console and click it to see if there's info from any mod.

 

Secondly load your entire modlist in the SSEEdit and then find the children NPC's from Skyrim.esm. It will show which mods override the properties.

Check the known issues on the troubleshooting post for known conflicts too. some mods that have nothing to do with children will pop the message too.

You need to look up just 1 and doesn't matter which one as long as it's from Skyrim.esm, they should all be affected by same mod. When you know mod that conflicts, let us know too though.
