For those who love dicks, cocks, shlongs, wangs, tools, and members, the Phallus Museum is the place for you to visit. This Art Deco build has three floors dedicated to the penis in all its shapes and forms, complete with a gift shop at the entrance and a café on the second floor, allowing visitors to enjoy a relaxing day our perusing the paintings, photographs and statues that fill this venue, including the focal attraction, the World's Biggest Penis in the central gallery that spans all three levels.
This has been built on a 40x30 lot and costs just under $400k.
I think I've got all the CC I used for it included in the 'mods' folder (though there may be one of two paintings or wall decorations missing, seeing as how names in the catalogue rarely match up with the file names, lol). As always I make no claim to their ownership or creation, there are others out there who have far more skill than I do in that regard.
