Sandy Run Rentals 1.0.0

I've decided to transform all of Newcrest into a Gay Village, with every neighbourhood having one rental, at least one residential, and 1-3 community lots, all of them proudly embracing and displaying cocks, balls, butts, and hot MLM.

Sandy Run Rentals is the first location I've finished, with a mixture of basic and more comfortable units, then Sims are sure to find something that suits them, whether for a year, a week, or just a night.  The lot also comes with a large swimming pool, hot tub, laundry, and reception.

All the CC I've used should be in the corresponding folder, and I claim no ownership of it (there are far more talented people out there to thank)..
