This coffee shop is a popular stop in the Newcrest Gay Village.

Fits snuggly onto a 30x20 lot at a cost of just over $65k.

You just need to copy the downloads Tray files into your games Tray folder and all the CC files into your Mods folder.  As always I make no claim to the CC I used, there are far more talented people out there who created them.
