Oak Alcove is a Tiny Starter Home for your gay Sim to move into the Newcrest Gay Village and start a new life for himself and enjoy all the world has to offer. As a Tiny Home you'll get reduced bills and a skill boost, whilst the Starter Home price tag will leave a few Simoleons in the pocket in order to survive. Oak Alcove is nothing flashy, but its cosy and has all your Sim needs to start out in a new world.

This home fits snuggly onto a 20x15 lot and has a price tag of around $18k. After downloading simply transfer the Oak Alcove Tray files to your games Tray folder and the CC files to your Mods folder and then you're good to go. As always none of the CC is mine and I make no claim of ownership.
