About This File
The second completed build of my Newcrest Gay Village, this one being a starter home for a singleton or couple. With a modern look and very open plan feel, it's a great option for starting out on a big gay adventure. And with a lot called "Cubby" I just had to slip in some bear appreciation artwork.

As always I make no claims of ownership on the CC I use, that all belongs to the talented folk who made it (I think I've got it all, but given the file names don't match the catalogue description it can be a little hit or miss).

This is a 20x15 lot and costs just a little over $19k (so your Sim will still have a few hundred in the bank).
