OnlyBella Retail Lot

A sales gallery for Sims 4 that features only fashion photographs of Bella Goth. It also has a complete photo studio in the back.
(As seen on Reddit r/sims4) :
It uses the Moschino Stuff DLC pack heavily (for the photo studio), but I imagine if you didn't have that pack, and wanted to forego that aspect of the lot, you could lop off the back room, or repurpose it for something else. And obviously, you'll also need the Get to Work pack to make it a working retail gallery.
I highly suggest that you also add another mod before you plop this lot down. That's the Viable Photography mod, which makes the photos sell for a lot more than they would in the base game. I recommend the 20x version, so the photos end up selling for upwards of $400 each after the store markup. Installing this mod before you place the lot will ensure that the photos don't revert to their original paltry prices.

Hey, i finally updated my Addam bear preset. The diference between the Bulk one and the Bear one is that the Bear was supposed to look bigger and wider. I am having difficulty at making them look differente, i feel like i am stuck on the format and just the size changes. In the future i wil try to make different types off bear and bulk presets but i need to pratice more. As usual i do use slider in my sims so i will be linkin all the sliders i have on this sim. I think the bar bell animation on the giff is from anarcis but im am not sure. i want to thank all the people who recomended me skins and other CC's for my sims and i also want to thank CREAMPIE PIE creator for beeing so nice since the ever first preset i made, he makes really good CC too so i recomend everyone looking. The skin that i chose to use on this sim was the Croissant ND. ❤️❤️

This is Cubman's Horny Teen Bedroom Pack. Each item has two styles of swatches - one is hand-drawn comic-book style porn for those that want a colourful explosion of horny gay images; the other is for those Sims that want real porn on their walls.
This kit contains 17 objects recoloured from in-game items, with the exception of the items listed below:

Mammamia Gay Strip Club

Come to the "MAMMAMIA" gay strip club. Exciting, cheerful, fun and if you are lucky one of the performers could offer you a very special service.
Built inside an old industrial structure it still retains some architectural elements.
The club has a stage for the performance of the dancers, a small dressing room where they can get ready for the show. A good bartender will make great drinks and perhaps be willing to hear the most incredible stories.
The upper floor is reserved for the most intimate encounters between the dancers and their clients.
The lot to function as a Strip Club needs WickedWhims of course. Nisa's Wicked Perversions if you want your dancers to work as prostitutes too.

I recommend making the two doors of the artists' dressing room accessible only to employees if you don't want the club's customers to decide to take a shower from time to time.
If you want to make the upstairs rooms accessible only to prostitutes and their clients, you have to lock the doors for "executive business only escort".

I think i wanted a towel wrap like this since TS3 times, now we have it in TS4!
This item works just like my loincloth, is made to cover penises by Simdulgence and won't work very well with penises by other creators (like Turbodriver and Noir's ones).
Notes:
• It looks good on most poses and animations, but some of them makes the item clip (like sitting). Unfortunately this is anavoidable (at least at this moment) because of the way the mesh was made (mesh in mesh situation)
• No color sliders support this time, the reason is explained here
• I don't recommend using sliders and presets that modify crotch area with this item, it might look deformed and not as expected.

Hi !
This mod is a preset for Reshade that I created ! (It's the first one I created in fact) It's not properly an adult mod, but this preset can make scenes sexier ! Look at the screenshots to have an example (I'm an artist).
Just to warm you, this preset was originally thought for screenshots, so it is hardly playeable. You can try to play with it by removing the borders, if you know how to do.
You'll need the latest version of Reshade to make it work. Just launch Reshade and import the ini.
I just seen that modders had make presets similar to this one before me. I excuse in advance, but I copied anyone ! I just wanted to have the exact preset I imagined (and I saw those presets AFTER I created mine).
Don't hesitate to send me your screenshots made with my preset
And, please... Don't claim this preset for yourself (or I'll be very angry ! And I bite ! ? ) And don't forget to quote me whan you use it
