Thanks! You know I could have just written a paragraph or two after one of my other chapters to talk about it but... I'm dumb ? so I spent hours and hours building an entire 17 page episode around like three pages of actual information!

Thanks! I really just scaled each page down to around 2K at Spy's suggestion. Glad it helped. As for the lighting, I've been playing around a lot with the SS Assist Tools gems, which have helped a lot.

First, glad to see you're still at it, Lexi. The dialogues, poses and facial expressions were nicely done. Now, while entertaining, I'd like to highlight that :

— It's hard to keep the entertainment on the same level while reducing the amount of tools at your disposal. Which is why, the first part with the stripper offering both the twist of a threat (to the finances, or if touched on set), with « Sadie » and Lexi both doing the exposition and the choices felt like more successful than the second.

— Technically speaking. I think you could take advantage of having your images displayed fullwidth, as the bubbles and text are on the small size.

— All of that cursing feels quite American in a way. Yet, while it's funny five minutes, having it constantly repeating IMO reduces the variety of the vocabulary and even hinders the real content of the dialogues. And the fact you highlighted them like onomatopoeia somehow worsens it. Its like using capital letters for no reason, in the end it tires the reader and makes them lose their meaning. 

Yet I understand that entry was quite special, and do rejoice learning that Aza and Thora are still around. Also, lots of nice touches (like the smartphone and the cigarette) increasing the immersion. Overall, original way to share all of that.

Your visuals look really nice here, did you tweak stuff or is it just the lighting in that cell?

If it's not displaying in full width, then I think I must be doing something wrong... I'm using the and tags at the top and bottom of each spoiler section, bookending the actual photos... so I'm not sure exactly what to do about that...

As far as the highlighting of in dialogue words, I do agree that it looks very loud and cluttered, and I'm doing something a little different going forward for adding word emphasis in dialogue.

The swearing wasn't really meant to be funny or anything, or even special in this entry. It was just how she was talking for the most part. And, like I said earlier, I've been around. Aza and Thora both have two chapters up since that last Lexi chapter, and I have a new character named Alma who has two chapters up as well.

Glad to hear the load times improved, and the reading was easier!

The lighting in that cell was not great at all. I actually used... I believe the wide diamond lighting gem from SS Assist Tools. (And I usually end up tweaking colors and lighting a little bit in GIMP.

No such thing, Lexi. The issue here is that my IRL ate a lot more of my time in 2022 compared to previously. Thus I've got less time to check the blogs section in the first place, do rely more on the notifications (which are still bugged), and so could not keep up as well as before with a lot of story blogs. Yet even if that's not gonna change short term, I'll be there occasionally.

In fact the tags should be placed at the start and bottom of every image's code if you want it to work.

If you're not sure at first, just copy past the BBcode provided by Imgbox, it features those tags already :
