Try this - Vampire Morph Slider for RaceMenu.

You can also use this, Vampire Facial Reclamation, so you only get the fang morph as suggested. Also, using either Better Vampire Fangs and Eyes or Better Vampire NPCs if you are playing a female character, and they will have the fangs.

TY!

so i could just do the add this and the better vamps fangs and then in racemenu make a character and the export it to use as a replacer for an NPC and it they will have the fangs?

I'm not sure if that would work, but as a guess, if you want to do that, you'll just want to design the character's appearance, make the character a Vampire(meaning they actually use the vanilla or modded  XXXRaceVampire race) and then open RaceMenu and export it for the NPC you intend to replace.

Also, I mentioned BVFE and Better Vampire NPCs, due to the fact that in the vanilla game, female Vampires in Skyrim don't actually have fangs - an oversight by Bethesda, which I don't think USLEEP or the other standalone patches ever choose to fix(I'm not 100% sure of that though). Both the mentioned mods fix exactly that problem, though Better Vampire NPCs has a few more changes, like making sure the Vampire eyes actually glow, stronger NPC Vampires(including encounters with hostile Vampires having them wearing more diverse armors and weapons), different appearances for NPC Vampires, etc.

i guess it will have to be modded vampire race bc there is no vanilla vamp race? i don't see any vamp option in my racemenu...

There are, but you have to actually make the character a Vampire to access it, they are not playable otherwise. This mod, Startgame Monsters - Vampire and Werewolf, adds a one time use power that can make your character a Vampire.

Once that is done, you'll see PlayerRace listed for the race(in the bottom right) once loading up RaceMenu.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I would just imagine that you would likely want the facegen data to match the intended race, likely so you don't have problems like colors being off between the head and body, etc. I could be right or wrong about this, as I'm not exactly one to ask about such a thing.

From your initial post, my thinking was that you just wanted to make sure your character had fangs, which the suggested mod would indeed do that, while not requiring your character to be a Vampire. But with the knowledge that you intend to replace a (Vampire?)NPC's appearance, it is most likely BVFE or Better Vampire NPCs that you want, though if this is a mod you intend to release, you'll want to recommend either of those so the character looks right when used by others - though if it is not of a female character, they are not too relevant, since male Vampires do have the morph for fangs without any mods.

oh ya. it was only for making an npc replacer. i'm just not sure how other modders make their vampire followers with fangs. if i knew how they did that then i think i cud make replacers the same way. thanx tho

You can find on nexus a  mod that adds vampire fangs to all npcs, its just a mouth tri file, having this replace the vanilla vampire mouth will let you include this mouth when you export your face gen.

To get the mouth to show up when creating your npc in racemenu what you can do first is create a new esp with tesedit or ck and just copy over the vampire races, set the playable flag to on, find it on flags where you see facegenhead, walks, swims, etc. This way you can start with any of the vampire races in racemenu and all their race assets will work for editing, and with the added mouth tri file installed it should already be in the head so once you export you have the teeth included in the mesh and don't have to create any head parts and form lists to get it to load in ck. ONce you generate the facegen in ck you just merge with the head you exported from racemenu and you should be all set with vampire mouth and avoid all the other added esp edits to make it happen. Uncheck the esp you made or just delete it if you are done because editing races may cause issues with gameplay.

I never had much experience with technical writing as you can see.

Anyway this video....

Is doing what I described but I don't install any mods to do this, all you need is to replace the vanilla mouth.tri for the vampire with one that has fangs.

Here is a mod that has the file with correct location, just remove it after you are finished with edits if you don't want all fangs on default npc vampires.

The modded esp you create that will just set playable flag on for vampire races allows you to start a game and select vampire races to make edits in racemenu, otherwise you are stuck only making your vampire in ck which cannot sculpt and won't have all the available assets as racemenu. If you need an esp for this just let me know.
