But some people have said it flashes for them in game as well so I dunno. You can make yourself a fix by copying the "deathclawbreeder" mesh in your "meshes/creatures/deathclaw" and renaming and replacing "deathclawtitus" He won't look different' date=' but at least he won't flash. I need to redo Titus's textures or something.[/quote'] Yeah there's something weird about meshes in esp's, turning SCR into a ESM fixed a lot of flickering issues. ahh ok, actually though its not titus that is problem, he is fine and black , it only happned when i give birth to a non breeder storyline dark deathclaw, the light ones are fine..just the dark ones there lable when fully grown is deathclaw offspring adult dark. its no biggy anyhows, any deformed baby just gets shot..lol..im such a brutal mother.. what?.. a brightly flashing girly coloured deathclaw she says? kill it! kill it with fire! anyhows on with it, about to take novac...loveing it so far, not got this far before

Fenris is a lot of fun to run around with as well. It sounds like up updated mid playthrough, and I messed with a ton of variables that could screw with that stuff in any number of ways. So just go to novac or something. Disable breeder. Make a save. Enable breeder, then go to riverside and talk to my avatar standing out in front of riverside and try again. Make sure you use the beta .esp in the second post of the thread.

You can snag New Vegas though for like $10 off a steam sale if you're that interested. I really like how the mutation turned out. Just enough monster to look menacing, but still human enough to be sexy. Can you recruit titus in that version? I can't remember if I released it, in my dev version you can recurit titus and he'll run around with you.

Guest user29 Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 Since you're there, have you noticed the deathclaws every once in a while will run up to and begin sex with some of the girls? (the girls then will go through a pregnancy and eventually give birth) I just want to make sure that's working.

You posted your loadorder, so I'm going to be nice, but as the FAQ says you need to post what versions of those 3 mods you're using as well.

Dracilla Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Wee bit late due to you working on bigger fish in the breeder pool but I recall you were working on a wolf mutation little while back, stumbled across this fellow over at nexus and while iv not tested it (im about to in a wee bit) it might have some useful stuff if you ever go back to working on that particular mutation. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/46904 EDIT: back from testing, only problem is it uses a different skeletal system than what we are using so the werewolf stuff goes all out of wack for obvious reasons, the head works mostly fine even with out it however (only a minor error , ish) the head looks pretty damn neat though its basically just the severed head from a dog with glowing eyes.

To play a porn mod to see an actually quest play out is imo quite an achievement. Only complaint would be that e.g. Riverside now really gets a pretty dragged out affair with little to do between the first few Deathclaw stages before moving things forward. The whole cleaning job is nice, not sure if some other flavour activities to pass the time would be workable without much effort (maybe go "geckohunting" before trying to recruit Sara or do something with Amber or Molly). One bug I encountered: I managed to break the quest once by triggering Sara's recruitment events before the Deathclaws were adult. On the dialogue that there were DCs in the basement she started running to the house but stopped outside riverside and then got entirely stuck and I couldn't make her active again. Probably the script realizes the DC condition not being met but interupts her AI package without setting it back? Other issue is an increase of people disappearing through floors into the void which is not precisely a Breeder problem but at least the subjective feeling is that it happens far more often now. I'll check the Sexout NG mod if I have got everything up to date. Completely unreasonable wishlist would be for me to have your companions to an extent partake in these stories and if it's only that Sam, Veronica and Cass can become members of your DC or coyote pride or something. But this typical nagging aside these is pretty fine work given the smutty subject of these forums.

Players are sorta expected to either set their pregnancy time to a very low percent, or use the "wait" function extensively. For the Sara bug, I need to know exactly what the topic said that had her thinking your deathclaws were mature. vanilla companions won't be added ever to anything breeder, but Sam will.
Baine Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 On one of my earlier playthroughs of Riverside, I had something similar with the Gecko Hunter. The deathclaws had hatched, but weren't mature. I followed the hunter, watched the events, then joined her the next time. Right after that, she ran to the basement, and the dialogue continued as if the deathclaws were mature. I didn't think too much of it, because I just stopped interacting with anyone (except for the cleaning) until the deathclaws were mature.

Baine Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 For me, it was: 1 - Talk to the hunter 2 - Talk to the bartender, learn hunter's schedule 3 - Follow hunter, witness events 4 - Talk to hunter, go with her on hunt 5 - Witness event 6 - Talk about deathclaws in basement 7 - Hunter runs to basement I'm pretty much a newb at anything regarding modding, so if I'm not giving you the right information, my apologies. I did all these events after the eggs hatched, but before they matured. It seems like there should be something preventing the player following on the next hunt until the deathclaws mature.

Got to the part of being enslaved, the dialogs would start repeating from prior to the enslavement as would the drug usage. Only as it wouldn't redo the blackout part causing the drugged visuals to keep getting worse so that its almost impossible to move at night. If you want some ideas on the DC's for another expansion. What about furthering the FertX provisioning with the Crimson Caravan? You could create a NPC that could act as an intermediate for a contractual agreement for FertX provision to Novac in exchange for enhanced alcohol, Nuka-Cola, and/or Sunset Sarsaparilla shipments. Eventually the addictiveness of the drinks could turn some of the women caravaners into breeders and the merc's employed by the CC as breed guards stationed in the firehouse so more DC's could be used to push towards New Vegas. If you want a way to bring in the intermediate. How about a traveling merchant from CC that was running late on her trip to Novac and got there after the take over? Then in exchange for her leaving she promises to strike up a deal with the CC. In lieu of mistrust, Titus asks the player to travel with her disguised as a merc. Of course due to the mutation, the player would have to see the doc and have the mutation removed temporarily.

[/quote'] Playing Deathclaw armchair general, the player isn't in a very good strategic location by the end of the post-Riverside campaign. Resources are stretched thin and there aren't many viable targets left. In the north, the only possible location left is Camp Forlorn Hope. Take the 188 Trading Post or anything further north, and NCR is going to bring down the hammer - the Deathclaws have taken the primary access route to Hover Dam. To the south, there's Cottonwodd Cove and the nuclear crater that was Camp Searchlight. There's no strategic value in taking Searchlight. Cottonwood Cove is the Legion's last remaining foothold west of the Colorado; overrunning that base would not only incur the wrath of Caesar, but would also diminish the Legion as an immediate threat to the NCR. East is the Colorado river. West are mountains. Stealing an idea from dboura, if only there was some group capable of manufacturing drugs (like Fert-X) that, unlike the Crimson Caravan, had a major hatred of the NCR and would be willing to do anything to destroy them. And if only there was a small camp with members of this group right near by a separate Deathclaw camp that could be used to gain a foothold withing the main group. Unfortunately, the Novac/Riverside Deathclaws would need to send some sort of ambassador to this Deathclaw second camp, and who knows what sort of dire scenarios would be inflicted on the poor unfortunate soul sent into unknown territory. Especially if these new Deathclaws had their own queen already.

[/quote'] It's one of the Sexout mods that adds this(don't know which one right now), but when I read the tidbit about the fertility plants, I remembered that I saw an entry for a fertility herb that is modeled along the lines of the Pinto Bean Pod in FNVEdit when I was trying to fix the Atomic Wrangler since it decided it was going to crash whenever I enter the damn place. Maybe you could use that?
