This worked! Did an oopsie at first and forgot to check something when i first tried to export it to nif but tried again and i finally got everything to work! I might mess around and see if it would be possible to turn it into a horsecock as i have a few models to pick that i got off gumroad but no promises to anyone. I think that after troubleshooting this for so long im gonna play the game a bit XD

Thank you so much!

Messed around a little with the asset i have, i went into its blender file and exported it as an obj then imported that into Outfit Studio. It looks like this in Outfit Studio and im trying to find how to import the textures and how to get a flacid version. As mentioned before i have no clue what im doing so at this point im just having fun trying to figure it out on my own but any help would be appreciated!

If you want to apply textures, there's two ways.

The first way is simpler: Double click the mesh in your list of meshes. A tab called "Shape Properties" should open up. Click on the "Textures..." button, and input the locations of your defuse, normal and specular (Use backslashes for when inputing the file location, and remember to end your texture with .dds when inputing the location).
The second way is to make a Materials file, but that's not necessary so I won't go into it here.

I'll just help with one more tip. Before you Export your mesh, you'll need to weight it properly. It's quite simple.
Drag your body nif into OS. Place your mesh where you want it on your body. Left click on your body nif and select "Set as reference". Left click on your mesh, then click "Copy bone weights" then click "ok" (You can play around with the settings of "copy bone weights", but the default settings are generally fine).

Hope this helped. Gl.

Good news is that worked!

Bad news is, it crashes to desktop XD

This is the first time im trying to make anything for a mod so im probably just missing some information. I followed every step you asked me to.
I put the textures here in its own folder: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\textures\HorsecockTextures
And when i exported the nif, i saved it as its own nif then replaced Futanari0 Erect.nif with it.

I do get this warning message when i export it: Screenshot_6.png.f693d2ee55b9fe45a987ab2746f11857.png

When i take the viagra in-game, it crashes to desktop after i exit out the pip boy.
I dont know enough myself to be able to fix the issue, so here is the nif file for everyone else to have their shot at it.
If anyone else manages to make this work please let me know and ill make a floppy one!

And yes i kept this one small on purpose so that the grow+ would be more effective.

Ok, so that warning basically means that the mesh hasn't been fully weighted.
As for your crashing, I have no idea.
Also, I'm not 100% sure on this, but just from my own testing of this mod, Futanari0 Erect is the nif that is selected in AAF. If you want to use your nif outside of AAF, you'll have to replace the other ones.

I do apologies about the weighting issue. For most outfits and stuff the method I described is perfectly adquate, but for this mesh it's better to just do it by hand. The file I attached here should have working weights.

Hope you got the crashing issue fixed.

if anybody in the future comes around and (like me) thinks "hey I want to run around the wasteland with a fat fuckin hog" just install aaf 1.7.1 and ffev 2.1.1 (or the appropriate matching versions)

because 1.0.5 "worked", and despite the line in the OP that says "If you have neither AAF or Fourplay" something doesn't trigger properly if you just install the mod's newer versions

disregarding the console command warning, is there a way to add schlongs to ppl through a single command? making ppl hostile with the syringer defeats the entire purpose for me & is wildly inconvenient when I have multiple ppl I wanna change. pretty much the biggest L dis mod has which sucks cuz I like the AAF functionality.

adding the actual item piece dat appears in valid NPCs under [ARMOR] section from show inventory command doesnt work if an NPC is not yet injected & not being able to apply the futa injection effect via a command further complicates this compared to Bag of Dicks mod where I just equip a schlong & set it unstrippable via Roggvir's item manager (downside being it appears through clothes still)
