Dumb question: Even with the patches to make this SE compatible, are the creature parts of this pack even compatible with current MNC+ABC?

I mean this pack is very old, right? So i would assume the creature anims in this pack are not designed for ABC. And if my past experience with such anims is any indication, everything will be misaligned and look so shit, it's really just wasting skyrim and SL anim slots. So basically only the human parts of this pack work right in current up to date modsetups?

Is this assumption correct?

In some cases yes, the alignment is a little hit and miss but there are also animations that work quite well. The same goes for modern animations some miss, some don't  . the Scale of your actors matter more than the age of the Animations in my opionion. (since nibbles' are still great to this day.)

Doggy missaligned a little more but it still can work ok if that girl would've been a little bigger than default nord or the husky a little smaller (I think normal Dogs are so it should work with those best.)

So I wouldn't say they are a waste of slots, it depence if you can deal with a little missalignment here and there like almost every pack has and want a few more Canine animations in your game or not, cause that's what nibbles mostly has

(btw if you want them for screenarchery, Niopa is a must regardless to the alignment becomes little more than a matter of time and animation speed)

With old anims this was true, because everyone including anim creators went wild with bodyshapes and scales, so there was no standard whatsoever.

Modern anims instead appear to implicitely assume a scale of 1.0 for everything (humans and creatures), and body proportions close to CBBE default (with a little bit of "room" reserved for tits, but not excessive (megaboobs will clip)). In other words: If you have all races (human, creature) scaled to 1.0 and use near-standard bodyshapes, modern anims tend to align 99% perfect instantly without any adjustment. Exceptions do exist but are rare. MNC takes care of this for creatures. For humans you can either enable autoscaling in sexlab, or create a little mod yourself in xedit, that sets all humanoid races to 1.0 for both sexes. Then just don't go wild in bodyslides, and modern anims will align near perfect out of the box.

With old anims instead, it's hit and miss for multiple reasons:

1. No standard racescale

2. No standard body shape

3. Designed for old MNC meshes

4. Assume moveable creature penis from ASOS. You cannot get those anims to align ever, because ABC has no manual rotation for penis. If ABC had this feature, many old anims could be salvaged, but it doesn't and the mod seems to have entered the "bugfixes only" stage of its lifecycle.

Anyways, i took a look at the files in this pack and after excluding furniture, there aren't that many. I'll just test which ones are not a headache, then edit the pack to remove the ones not worth the hassle.

Thank you. I'm the opposite actually: I only care about gameplay and mods working reliably without constant tinkering.

I would consider NioPA if it was a "fix once, then just enjoy" kind of thing. But it's not since the adjustments only work on manually selected "member actors" - at least that's how i interprete the description.

When I enable this mod, everyone is T-posing.
Guess I will have to go without this mod

Did you rerun whatever behaviour engine you use(FNIS/Nemesis etc) after installing?.

The moment Pandora engine came out I stopped using FNIS and Nemesis.
But I do run the engine before turning the game on.

And this is the only mod that causes everyone to T-pose, checked all my other NFSW mods and they work fine

Ok, do you know what version you have?.  Did you get it from the first page, or one of the the ones from the comments?.  Pretty sure the one below is the most up to date, if you dont already have it try that and see if it helps.
