I'm using FNIS 7_2 XXL, FNIS_Creature pack 6_1 and Addon fpr Spells 5_0_1. I already de-installed and reinstalled like on the modpage told, but the problem still occures. Reinstal it to be sure nothing overwrite it. Re-run FNIS after that for generating the new Output file and your issue will be sorted.

Obvious step would be to try with less animations loaded and go from there. In my load order FNIS is number 17 and loads well before any of my anim packs and the anim packs load before the skeleton. That's with NMM and LOOT. In your load order, the skeleton loads first, then the animations and FNIS is one of the last things to load.

Thanks for both of your suggestions, but none worked sadly. first i changed the load order of xpmse, then i toned down the animations under 10k and installed normal FNIS 7_2, but ssame result =/
V The Heretic Posted March 31, 2018 Posted March 31, 2018 So, the problem can be any number of things. XPMSE for myself is higher up in the load order, however, this isn't DarkAuron's load order. T-Pose can be any number of errors. I do not have the T-Pose from the animations and I currently sit at 11,000+ animations with an ENB. -I would definitely drop the XPMSE down in your load order towards the bottom to test the waters if that is a problem like Fifoo said. -Another thing that could hit you with a T-Pose, is not having HDT Physics Extension for a HDT mod. Like HDT body or armor. If you don't have the correct updated Physics Extension, SKSE won't know what to do and force the body into a T-Pose sometimes. -Theoretically your Skeleton is installed wrong or a mod is overwriting it. This could potentially be another issue. During your install, did anything ever want to try to overwrite the current skeleton? Edit: This is the numbers for my FNIS 7.2 10056 animations for 70 mods successfully included (character). 1323 animations for 5 mods and 33 creatures successfully included..

I alredy dropped XPMSE to the bottom, no changes And i have the HDT Physic extension as well. Also i try in a new character game, so it is the default nord character and tunic I thought too with the skeleton and i installed it again, overwriting everything else with it, but same result it occured after i installed sexlab mods and FNIS 7_2, so i think i will have to test uninstalling sexlab mods and try it out
DarkAuron Posted April 1, 2018 Author Posted April 1, 2018 Update: I solved the problem. For whatever reason the characters got in T-Pose with the SLAL NSAP Mitos animation pack. FNIS XXL is back up and load order doesn't seem to have an impact, but whenever i install this pack, the t-pose happens. I take it out and everything is back to normal.
