[SOLVED] FNIS Spells work but sex animations don't.

When I start an animation through one of my sexlab mod's it doesn't play at all and the characters just stand idle. Masturbation does work on my character but despite trying more than one mod to initiate sex between my character and another one, it doesn't work. I've attached two papyrus logs. The 0 log is from a session where I use matchmaker to start an animation between Lydia and my character, but the game crashed as soon as they stripped.

 

This hasn't happened before so I thought it might be useful to include it. Log 1 is from a session where the characters strip, stand idle and sounds can be heard but no animation. The characters go back to their normal state afterwards and the game works fine. Screenshots are of ''during'' the animation and before the characters strip, since they just stand staring at each other for a moment before they strip.

 

Also as mentioned in the title FNIS spells do work and my character does whatever animation I've tried.

 

What I have tried so far: Cleaning master files, bashed patch, switching from standard FNIS to the XXL version, ran LOOT, did FNIS, rebuild and cleaned sexlab. The papyrus logs are both done with the FNIS XXL enabled. The same problems were there with the standard version. I'm running on the standard edition of Skyrim or ''Oldrim''.

No difference with the gender-specific animation patch. FNIS also added these to the output:

Is the problem the same on a new game?  Your logs are showing alot of spam from the Dragonborn DLC about DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript (like once every 2 seconds in places) and your actors seem to be taking 30 seconds between the start of the animation and getting close enough to start the animation.  Your papyrus 1 log does seem to start an animation and complete it, and there aren't that many actual errors. 

 

It mostly sounds like something is broken with your Sexlab install, FNIS-related problems usually cause T-poses or errors in the FNIS report.

 

The most direct way to possibly fix it if nothing else works would probably to do a uninstall of everything and reinstall it all piece by piece in order, at the very least your load order isn't so huge that it would take forever.

Yes the characters just stand still after getting enough close and it takes around like 30 seconds until they strip and audio of the animation starts playing. The funny thing is that this is actually a full reinstall. Although I hadn't modded in a while so the install before this was rather shoddy and there too I had the same problem of animations not playing (As well as few other problems.) So on this install I did follow instructions really carefully and still the sex animations don't work, everything else works fine currently.

 

I am able to find some threads on the Dragonborn DLC script spam, so its probably a somewhat common thing to happen. I could try doing a full reinstall of Sexlab like instructed in the troubleshooting guide. Just to confirm, should the sexlab animations be located in the following directory? C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\character\animations\SexLab

 

All the other mods have their animation folders in the ''animations'' folder as well.
