Finding a cause for the SKSE save bloat

After around 10 minutes of gameplay the .skse compaion saves nearly double their size, but i can't find the cause for the bloat.

Netimmerse Override Cleaner is able to cut out the excess, but it returns in a bit.

Can anyone smarter look at the attached files and tell what the cause for the save being large is?

 

I have the latest SKSE, SKYUI, FNIS, RaceMenu, skeleton, load order sorted with LOOT, etc.

Enable papyrus log for your game and then start playing then when it start bloating open the papyrus log and see whats firing off constantly as that might be your culprit. Something constantly firing off scripts will bloat the save file as it saves every time a script fires off.
