Skyrim ENB help (1st timer)

My first experience with ENBs wasn't installing one, it was trying to figure out what they were. Launching Skyrim the 1st time with no mods gave me the physics glitch at the vanilla opening for going over 144FPS. No one would tell me a solution on how to fix it on Steam or Reddit that didn't include an ENB & no one would explain what it is or how it works. I eventually fiddled around with the ini file on my own after a few days of no help to fix it & was basically driven away from ENBs since then.

Recently that habit of avoiding them went down & now I've discovered an ENB that resembles the environment of Bloodborne: https://old.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78541/? and I totally want this shit on my game. Problem is I still have no idea how ENBs work & haven't really found an easy to understand guide (i'm still careful with mods too so this is another level).

So is there anyone here who can help me out on how to configure this ENB to work without screwing my game up? I was referred to this guide so far: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB#ENBSeries_Installation plus this guide: https://old.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74427/? & was told to use an ENB manager. Is this one any good? https://old.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24402/? or is there a better one?

My PC uses a i7-700K, GTX 1070, & 16GB RAM so as I long as I can play at 1080 60FPS consistently, I'm golden. Also I've heard of ENBs bein incompatible with certain mods but I have nothing that affects graphics, world textures, anything that "overhauls" the world in general (I'm thinking of the recommended mods for the Bloodborne ENB but not until I'm sure I can get it working first.)

Not sure if this is necessary but here's my load order also, if anyone can help me figure out this ENB I'd greatly appreciate it (let me know if you need better quality pic):

Installing an ENB is really just a matter of copying and pasting.  If you know how to copy and paste on a computer you shouldn't be worried about installing ENBs as if they'll break your Skyrim game.  This is what I do when installing a new ENB:

1.  Copy & Paste your Skyrim installation directory EXCEPT for Data folder (too big and 99% of ENB's never have files in this folder) and save it in a safe spot as a backup.

2.  Follow the steps on the ENB page, every ENB I've come across has a different method of installation because most of them have different files or they have different requirements.  Really, it's that simple.  Always keep your framerate capped at 60, this is what the enblocal.ini file is for.  It's like the extra options menu for Skyrim where you can set visuals and performance to your personal taste -- it doesn't require that you have an ENB in order to use but it always comes with an ENB, this is what those people at Reddit and Steam failed to tell you.  That's really all the enblocal.ini file does... but that means it can do a lot!  Most of all it stablizes Skyrim's performance.  It should be mandatory every Skyrim player use enblocal.ini.  Then, inside enblocal.ini under [LIMITER] set EnableFPSLimit=true and FPSLimit=60.0 to limit your frame rate.  Skyrim's old and decrepit engine will go crazy without the frame cap.

3.  If you don't like the ENB, simply delete everything EXCEPT your Data folder and Copy & Paste your backup back to where it was.  Voila!  You've just wiped the slate clean and can start all over if you want.  Test all of the ENBs on all of the internets if you want without worrying about it messing up your game.  Just be sure you are 100% aware that in the rare case should the ENB add a file INTO the Data folder that you delete that file also if you want to uninstall the ENB.

Ultimately, the best thing to do is simply keep an entire backup of you Skyrim installation directory on a separate hard drive and use that to wipe the slate clean and start over whenever you screw something up and don't know how to fix it.

4.  There are ENB managers, yes, but everything that attempts to make your life easier always comes with a catch(es).  I personally prefer to avoid them because I see them as completely unnecessary considering how ENBs are easy to install but every ENB tends to have different files and every ENB has different instructions for installation, I can't see how any program unless updated daily could log each and every file of each and every ENB... or what if it removes a file that I don't want it to?  I don't need this in my life.
Also, I like editing my ENB (and I'm sure most people do also) by combining extra files from OTHER ENBs to create the perfect ENB for my personal taste so using a program to manage my ENB would be an awful idea for me considering I have ENB files from a bunch of different ENBs.  But to each their own.

Edit:  Proper way to get your load order for people to see, click that white arrow button below the green checkmark in your pictures and select "Export to Text File".  A file will magically appear on your desktop; it's a list of your entire load order.  Copy and paste that sucker wherever you want.  Text it to your grandparents, use it to extend your research papers, make it an answer to tough questions.  The sky's the limit.
