Nemesis (and FNIS) anim count is different to Sexlab's one. You can edit the MaxAnimation= setting in nemesis.ini to increase the Nemesis counter (to something like 40k or 60k, or whatever high value that let's you run Nemesis without complaining about too many animations). So no, you shouldn't have problems by adding animations, as long as these are compatible with SE/AE. The known crashes caused by having too many animations can be easily avoidable by using one of the recommended fixes (Engine Fixes or Animation Limit Crash Fix). But note that Nemesis can't process creature animations, so you'll have to run FNIS too and make them work together (quick tip, simply google nemesis + fnis, and find the instructions for the mod manager you use).

I have no facial animations and i cant figure out why heres my mod list buti have every patch for everything https://filebin.net/olg5tsm85zosyv5y
 for quick v all the mods i have i know affect facial animations are these i have. the most ive seen move in an animation are the eyebrows. i have the enable expressions ticked in sexlab mcm

Thank you! Now that you mentioned it, its sounds so complicated and may cause occasional skeleton related CTD. But is it safe to increase the default capacity of Nemesis and what max value would you recommend?

I gave you a couple of values as example. I use 80k or something so it never reaches that amount. And like I mentioned any crash related to animation count is already fixed by the mods aforementioned.

I try 30k max animation for now and my nemesis meter isnt red anymore. I think I can start adding animations for this framework. Its been 3 years since I last thinker with SL SE. Please correct me if I am wrong. I'll just drop the animations in my mod manager right (billy's, nibbles, slal)? And load it with SL animation loader in the MCM menu and I am set, correct?

Yes. Install and enable the SLAL animations as any other mod, run FNIS (always needed when adding/changing/removing animation mods, confirm there are no error/warnings) then go into the game and enable + register the animations in the SLAL MCM.

I've been having issues using the O hotkey to cycle to the next animation and have a feeling it might be related to some other issues I had with using Sexlab Tools animation selection menu. Whenever I use either to try to play another animation, the animation doesn't play and instead it'll return to stage 1 of the current animation. At times the actors will even clip into each other and start humping air. If anyone's experiencing this issue or got the O hotkey or Patched SE Tools Updated to work properly lmk how you did it.

ok  first off saying "You my friend, are way beyond helping" is being rude just for asking for help with a issue. 2nd i desable all loverslab mods but the framework and i have the issue so yah.

I'm having an issue where animations strip item slots that are marked as excluded in the MCM. I have tried disabling all the mods I found suspicious, to no avail. I have over 100 mods installed, and would rather not have to go one-by-one down my modlist trying to find what's causing the issue, so I'm going to post my modlist here. If anyone recognizes a mod that may cause this issue, please point it out! I would greatly appreciate it.

By default you can hit the "Space" key to advance or "Shirt+Ctrl+Space" to return to the first stage. Check the hotkeys on the SexLab MCM.

 

Also make sure of have the player control enabled for aggressive scenes on the SexLab MCM, otherwise you won't be able to control the scenes when the player is a victim.

Just checking, did anyone ever share their copy of animation adjustments for SexLab's packaged "sexlabaggrbehind" animation? Frankly, I'm surprised SexLab still packages the animation with faulty actor placements since the LE days, cuz I remember this same issue back then. The animation is decent, but the male actor translates wayyyy down after stage 1 in error, even though the actors are actually still in sync. Only the placements/translations are incorrect.

 

I finally got around to dealing with it, which is why my adjustment might not be perfect. So I wonder if someone else has uploaded their adjustments.

This is better fixed on the JSON of the animation for the SLAL. The right way is using actors of the same race and enabling the "Even Actors Height" property to make sure that both get the same scale.

That will update the Global adjustment of the animation and once aligned can be used to set the right values on the JSON of the animation.

I see. And I assume no one has provided a fixed JSON for this one animation in give or take 4 years?
