For the masturbating, female sims will wake up and surprise with the smelly sperm on her face. While for sleeping woohoo. I don't know if this is called as raping, as there's no dialog for it. And when it started, I saw a debug dialog that it need the woman permission accepted, before it get started. It seems like recognized as a normal woohoo.
