You know that you can just subscribe to the mod then start the game normally without SKSE to bring up the start game launcher and let them install once they are installed you can then find those files and zip them up the way the other mods are zipped up as and then unsubscribe from them and launch the game launcher screen again and let them unsubscribe and then install them through you mod manager of choice.
