OK, I didn't want to have to ask. But I'm in the UK and would like to acquire this game.

 

I set up my PC to Singapore time and Singapore English Language. I set myself up a VPN to route to a Singapore address - all working OK. I clicked on https://steamdb.info/app/958260/ and clicked install.  It asks to open Steam, click OK, and I'm barred with a No Licenses message.

 

And that's it.

 

Where am I going wrong, please?

I think temporarily combining lip mesh and face mesh into one is fine, but maybe there is another underlying cause.

I don't know what it is the cause, but the mod doesn't touch the lips, it only modifies the face. 

 

@Bluegunk Maybe try a different VPN or new steam account.

Thank you! I'll give it a go.  I have been using the instructions on that link, but it drops immediately to the 'no licenses' tab.

The game's not worth enough to me by mucking about with another Steam account.

I'm not getting anywhere. I tried with setting up a new ProtonVPN account, connected to Singapore (and tried Korea, too). I went through the process in the article you linked, and still get the same result - no licenses.

 

Is it me?  I'll try again. Maybe after 5 coffees something might happen... lol.

 

UPDATE GOT IT!!  I had to make  Steam Singapore account.

I'm a UK citizen. I successfully downloaded the Steam version a few days ago using VPN and creating a Steam account based in Singapore.  From what I'd understood, I thought I could access this from my main Steam account but it hits the No Licences barrier.  I can only access this from my Singapore-created account.

 

Is there any work around for this?

When I downloaded this game for the first time, I didn't create a new account, I just used a VPN to change my IP to Singapore (or HongKong, I don't remember), then I logged in to my Steam account (I didn't change anything in the client itself) and I was able to add DOAXVV for download. After which I removed the VPN and continued normally with my account

Yes, I tried to do it that way.  But the moment I logged onto Steam (from the VPN-Singapore into the DB site) the No Licenses would instantly come up.

I think they must have tightened up on it!

2.Export file

 

3.Put the exported file in White Lace Nude folder(DOAX-VenusVacation\Mods\Costumes\White Lace Nude).
