In v2, there have 3 parts of variation for meshes, Key A to change Top, Key S to change Strings, Key D to change Bottom.

Also, you can use Key X to change the color.

Due to the top laces is conflicted to others common body's Asari, I've decided to remove it in all variation.

 

And all variation are sharing to the same nude body, so the body may pop out from costume on some poses.

If you don't like to use key to change the style, you can manual set the default style in ini file.

remove ";" before "run =" to enable the manual default style.

You can check the CommandList name in preview folder.

But, it will break the variation function, if you manual set it.

 

This mod needs Hi-res body Skin Texture, e.g. #1595

Also, you can find a fixed skin for Tamaki & Kokoro by me in #2709

 

I have tested this mod, that is no problems for Tamaki and Hitomi, if you find some weird, it's probably you don't have the latest d3dx.ini OR you have other mods that conflicted with my mod.

The same phenomenon occurred in other colors, but it got over if I overrated all the overriding priority -1.

@chunkiemonkey - There was a update to the game that blanket updated all the shaders (which were identified by a hash in the mod), so all of the hashes in the d3dx.ini became out of date. There was also an updated 3DMigoto release v1.8 and a base mod update v5 to update the gacha de-mist.

 

You can find them here:

You'll have to re-perform the d3dx.ini modifications for hair re-coloring, facial expressions and support for my CostumeCustomizer if you plan to use any of those.

remove the semi-colons, and that may allow the mod to replace those textures. I haven't tested this out though...

Could someone help me out with juggling different nude skins? 

 

I have the Beach Paradise nude skins set up to use with its CostumeCustomizer set but those take precedent over every other nude costume skin, which typically leaves the girls with no nipples. Is this something I could fix with the priority switch in the .ini file? Like if I could make CostumeCustomizer only match with the BeachParadise nude skins in CostumeCustomizer and then everything else with the high quality nude skins that HI-METAL made? Is this possible?

@ach22 - For the time being no, the current CostumeCustomizer mod doesn't support customizing skin textures. Part of the problem is the skin textures are unique per character, so in order to replace them, you have to identify which character is being drawn when replacing the body mesh. There's a bunch of new features coming in the next 3DMigoto release that may make it easier to attempt a method for accomplishing this, but right now there isn't really a simple solution what wouldn't have major limitations.

Wouldn't a crude solution be to modify the .ini inside the BP_Skins to match the hash of the  body for the swimsuit being used in the mod? overriding the general skin replacement?

For the たかお, the suit Costume Customizer uses, the body ib hashes are:

Common: 5ebf5088

Honoka:   729a92f8

MariRose: 24115333

 

That is a lot of .ini files to edit, and if two girls onscreen are using the modded suit at the same time they'll have the same skin if it works at all...

Eh, I sorta remember the order of the texture replacement and mesh replacement matters so it may not work at all if they are seperately replaced.

@krunkDunk - The issue with that apprach (one of the easy solutions that has limitations), is that it requires you to pick only 1 girl's skin for each body type, and the skin textures don't match each other. Then, as soon as you try using 2 common-body characters both wearing it, only 1 will blend correctly (unless they are Kasumi/Misaki since they use the same skin texture) while the other will have neck & body seams.

 

@ach22 - On a positive note, i did just try out the solution i had in mind, and for skin textures its not too bad. Currently attempting to solve it the way I am now requires yet another IniParam to do it and in order to release it it'll be a bunch of updates to the editor, main mod, and a update to the BP_Boobs mod-pack, so it may be a bit before it sees release. The solution I attempted, is adding custom body textures per character for Costume Customizer only. This way, you can use whatever skin texture you want for general use, and Modder's can set custom skin textures for their Mod-Packs.

Next, CostumeCustomizer is updated to check the value of y4, and override the ps-t0 prior to drawing the breast body mesh. For the actual release, i would be updating every body mesh to check for respective overridden skin textures. After drawing the mesh, the ps-t0 is reverted back to its original texture to avoid any conflicts/unintended changes.
