Conversion into befriendable heroe class (my usual pattern) of amazing Necromancer reskin from Xelsword

Made additional "Topless" variant (mid between Xels original "Clothed" and "Nude", my usual pattern here)

6 skin variants - 3 "shadow eyes" ("A" "B" "C"), 3 "visible eyes" ("D" "E" "F")

Chosed as basis his own (Xelsword) standalone "Witch" class (Occultist standalon for his skin) - highly rebalanced and edited it into COMPLETLY new class to fit skin perfectly (for my taste) and to fit my own in-game patterns and roleplays (btw its slightly "hardcore" rebalance, if you want "easier" version - here is optional "info" file, just rename and replace, its without stress and torch decreasing from her skills)

Rebalance of class is pretty massive (its technically brand new class, by mechanics, localisation and skills) - so if you want more information about rebalance ask, i will answer if will be needed

(here several not obvious mechanics, but overall just playing with that class several hours will reveal all mechanics and patterns of that rebalance too)

 

UPD Balance - Buffed a little bit her speed of getting stacks - since in first original version it probably was too slow even on long dungeons, and for endless waves its anyway would be overpowered just with difference "sooner or later", no matter how fast she will gain stacks

If you want slighly more fast-stacking version (more balanced in compare of classes strength, for example in compare with "Succubus" class (same "stacking whole quest" mechanic) - use "Buffed version" file, replace original "effects" file

 

 

Also keep in mind - that this class ISNT COMPATIBLE to have in game at same time Xelsword original "Witch" standalone

If you will want only skin without class - usual pattern, just attach yourself for whatever class you will want for your own game

 

Remake her animations from Xel original completely - original "combat" was "levitating", i made "stand ground" - loving that pattern much more, looking sexy and smooth so far for my taste)

Also i reskined one of enemies (Cultist Summoner) from THIS mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1928817532 - pretty good small enemy mod i having and enjoying in my game for a while, recomending (very immersive, small and not-buggy, but also slightly hardcore (when encountering those damn berserkers)))

So if you will want to have that enemy with that skin - here are her files in "cultist_summoner" archive, sprites fully compatible with class ones - so if you will want her other look just replace sprites without renaming, originally i chosed for her "Topless shadow eyes"

Hello so I have tried recently this class and theres some things i haven't understood.
It says her stacking buffs are supposed to last for the Quest but she loses the buffs when you camp, it also says on her last 3 skills that they are supposed to summon /rise corpses but that never happens. Am i missing something? I have applied the buff file but i don't know what changes.

Its how in-game mechanic working for "quest long" buffs - losing during camp, until those buffs provided by trinket, since in that case buffs provided by skill effect - camp clearing them (same working mechanic for quest-long debuffs btw)

So nothing can be done here to bypass that restrict (also for me its sort of immersive - since camp last like 12-24 real hours - she cant focus all that time on maintaining and contoling her minions, so when she sleeping|resting|relaxing during camp - she losing gained energy|power|control on her minions, so they turn bones again)

 

About her summon - since in-game mechanic strict 4 party members (both player and enemy) - here was 2 ways how to implement|roleplay that "rising army"

Or summon on enemy side monster who in fact will be "allied" to heroes with it skills (like - dealing dmg for enemy party or healing heroe party, even while it would be on enemy ranks)

Some mods using that trick (for example - Acolyte of Sun with her Mirage skill, or some trinkets that summon "friendly enemy" for the rest of battle if here free space for it)

But in that case it will last only until battle end - and also it will be only 1 monster, in best case - 2, and on boss fights where boss like 3-4 ranks - even no space at all for such summon

And second way (whick i chosed for her and implemented) - its sort of more self-imagination|roleplay "she summon on her side undead, and its gain her permanent buff while on her side (dmg if its aggressive unded, defence if its offensive undead, and both if its elite demon)

So it that case you can hold this "army" between battles, really rising her power during time (to the end of dungeon she is sort of "contolling whole army of demons and undeads")

Yes, this way more "roleplaying" part since in-game mechanic cannt covering it in proper way - but what else can do here, its just game core restriction, at least i myself totally fine with such roleplay method, thanks for my good imagination and self-roleplays|self-rules on things like this :)))

I recently found the Ironclad class by Anaertailin on the steam workshop. In the preview pictures there are 3 others skins or classes that i cannot find

does anyone know if those are real skin/classes?

Even the one in the steamworkshop?
Update: Saw a 7GB collection of mods that's pretty all of the skin mods that's in the steamworkshop in Nexus. Glad someone made that collection.

 

I'm looking if someone has that Exterminator skin and Chaplain skin that was posted in here years ago? Most of the old file links are dead.
All of the mods that I got in here are gone when my PC died two years ago.

Hello everyone, LONG time lurker, first time poster. I was wondering if someone can help me with some problem im'm having.

I'm basically translating mods to my native language (spanish) and for some reason some mods just REFUSE to display anything but broken strings.

The method i'm using is to either edit or create an XML file to translate the strings and then just dragging an edited project.xml to the steam_uploader so it creates the strings.
 

As i said, the thing is that this, for some reason only works for some mods. Other just refuse to be translated, the only thing in common i find between them is that their OG language is chinese.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Becasue i cannot see what i'm doing wrong.
