you would have to modify the .skel and .atlas files to do that; although it is likely to only change the face in photoshop ...

Is abandoned, cuz he got twitch ban and leave darkest dungeon

I gonna to finish it with this sprites 

First what I going to do is use some AI to upscale it without losses, 227Kb 850x478 into 1.5mb 1700x956

 

like here->

 

 

even making it a 3400x1912 4mb file

its still going pretty good only need some photoshop work.

 

And walk,combat,idle sprites:  is not that bad to edit.

Even if I leave this small elements original it will be a good looking skin

Looking forward to your editing. The original artwork looks super.

Also what software do you use to edit the .atlas and .skel files. Is Spine a must?

well, unfortunately I can't match the head part due to clipping problems with the original, I can lower the head beyond its place, but in the tests it doesn't look very aesthetic, and if it doesn't look aesthetic I honestly prefer not to modify anything, the solution would be to increase the resolution of the head with spine, I only have a previous version of the version that is required to modify (2.1.27); The other option would be to replace only the face without the hair, but the rest of the sprites would not match, so I will make a couple of attempts and if it does not work, I give up this project ... unless someone provides modified files of the sprites walk, idle, combat with enlarged face resolution via spine

I also made that replacement, but I want the original design to be seen, apart from that my problem is with the .walk animation, it looks very horrible the size of the head compared to the body

Isn't her head position to her chest kinda ,,, too far? Can you lower it, maybe even cover the neck cuz it's kinda disproportional as well. Love the purple outfit it looks better for this skin.

Oh yes i just check the idle animation in game. The position is correct. But still something is off... Have you tried covering the shoulder skin?

Harlot class
After trial and error I have finally achieved the results I wanted, there are still some details to polish, I suppose it will be ready in a few more days together with the SFW version and more color palettes.
