I recommend change the folder name. Steam Workshop mods are always in numerical. Delete the modfiles. It should no longer re-appear. The mod can be activated in main menu like usual. I recommend unsubscribe (after leaving like) the mods from Steam Workshop to avoid two same mods appearing in main menu. The downside that it will not automatically update when there is mods update in Steam Workshop. You need to keep track and re-download. The animation seems working in-game but I got only white boxes instead of actual sprite. I searched online but only got optimization problem regarding white boxes, which should not be my case (i think). Extra note; I did apply change in-game. I have tried restart the game many times (without leaving the battle/dungeon). I haven't actually restart a quest bcoz it's pain in the ass to find Collector. I don't have Spine to see how the animation works outside of game. Can Dragonbones do the work?

Yes, i back-converted few heroe skins into enemies (for example - Xelsword female skins for female Fallen Heroes, or Antro Dog from Xelsword Houndmaster into one of "Pet Cemetry" dog enemies) Its pretty easy actually, process just the same as converting enemy skin into heroe, just backward, and easier since enemy only has "combat" anims 99% of time, while heroe has all 3 - so you just dont use "walk" and "idle" for enemy and easly make reskin, when for enemy become heroe you need to make "walk" and "idle" on your own as well Yes, DragonBone is same good for DD animations as Spine is, as long if you have convertor of proper version to port "skel" file into "json" and backward Edited February 28, 2024 by Fnakasjg 1

I wish there was a neat way to view everything you've done though, neatly, without just browsing through the entire thread manually. There doesn't seem to be a way on loverslab to view media files through your profile or to search for posts in this thread made by a specific person that have download links in them, or I'm just dumb and can't find it. 2

You can use searching (top right) from LL page to give that result, since im alwayes using for every mod name of original skin (like "Xelsword Bloodleterr" or "Xelsword Cutthroat") - you can use those tags and searching will give you my page in first or one of the first in results At least its the best way i know myself in current view, better will be only create whole separate page as Dan did for example, with all staff on it But i myself just dont bother too much to do that - mostly creating those things first of all just for my own game usage to play with comfortly and properly immersive, sharing with others in that LL page just bcs im not greedy and if someone else will want to play with same staff i did for myself - just will be cool and "why not") Also i dont mind too much if someone else will volonteer to do that page for my staff, but its up to them, as i said - i dont bother too much with both of that outcomes))

I was trying to learn how to swap Orca over to Crusader and googling gave me a very difficult to understand guide that was talking about .art files, many of which I simply cannot find. In fact, google led me to this post specifically due to the keywords I used, really at wits end here.
