What do i need to creat a cute character like in this pics? I*m interested only in headmesh.

You need to pirate a copy of Black Desert Online

Download a bunch of mesh mods and chinese and korean language string bypassers and probably some malware from undertow

Use dxripper to rip the headmesh you copied from a chinese warez site off your character

import the raw mesh into 3dsmax

import a citrus skyrim head nif and comform the nif to the BDO head toplogy

make sure you get the vert order and bones correct

export the modified mesh as a skyrim nif with custom tris

start a paypal and patreon accounts and a drama blog

You could also spend a variable amount of time playing around with the morphs and sculpt in racemenu, or ece if that is what you use, try and download something as close as you can get to what you want from nexus or where ever, then well play with it till it fits what you want.

You could also take a look at the lovegirl race http://www.loverslab.com/topic/11281-lovergirls-race-followers/, which may well give you a start point, and I have seen a few racemenu presets for them on nexus and here as well.
