riko3 Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 I've set it to 512mb like 90% of the Skyrim community . I've no idea why it crashes aroun 370mb. I don't even use ENBs I have no need. Warzones + Organized bandits + Radiant Prostitution+ TDF Agressive Prostitute causes these 370-390 spikes. But it should work fine what could be the cause of my CTDs? Atm I have pretty much every mod I would need. My game is perfect for my liking. Isn't memory by it's self enough to stop crashes ? Mod order is fine. Cleaned any orphane scripts. I need help.
gregathit Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 Too many scripts running. Warzone alone has a shit ton of scripts.
Nepro Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 Too many scripts running. Warzone alone has a shit ton of scripts. You can trim down Warzones pretty nicely in the MCM. Lower the number of the NPCs spawning should solve this and remove some camps and battles. If left unconfigured north of the Whiterun becomes really laggy with ton shit of NPCs spawned who fight each other. This really puts draining leach on the system. Also equip yourself with Crash Fixes if you haven't already. Crash Fixes has a feature of completely disabling the memory blocks.

I just want to be able to reach 450-500mb and be stable at that level. My goal was to not have an ENB but have all the fun mods that I love. Incredible functional mods > Graphics I'll try it out guys/girls and then I'll report the results. When I first saw Crash Fixes I thought it was an only a "lower loan screen times+No crash when loading game/New game mod. But I needed a "I can reach 370-390mb I want to reach 460mb-510mb mod". (My crashes only happen in intense fights of 40-45 people) Organized 5 bandit groups + 8 Imperials vs 6 Stormcloaks + Immersive Patron fights If I get my game stable it'll be wonderful <3 I'll let you guys know the results in 10-15 hours. Whoa this is what I wanted to see. Come at me hard. Ok what do I need to do?
Sladen2019 Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 Use Crash Fixes with UseOSAllocators=1 set in CrashFixPlugin.ini and install SKSE Plugin Preloader. It's also highly recommended to use ENBoost also. Get rid of memblockslog, you will never need it again after using the first two I just mentioned. ENBoost has memory helping functions. You do not have to use an ENB Graphics Preset with it. http://wiki.step-project.com/ENBoost If you are on Windows 10 and have at least 4 gb ram or more, make sure to set VideoMemorySizeMB=4064 in enblocal.ini, Not higher, even if you have more than 4 gb.

Thank you very much Slanden2019 this fixed my problem. Stability was = X now it's 3X . I wanted to ask a small thing. I installed directx2010 do I need to extract each year's file? If yes, where should I extract the zips ?

The June 2010 update will update dx9 files to their latest version. If it came as a zipped package, you can create an empty new folder and extract the package inside it and then there will be an exe in there somewhere that you click to make it install any missing files by itself automatically. After that, you can safely delete that new folder and its contents or move it or whatever.
