Why are NaughtyMachinim links not allowed?

According to the forum client, *sometimes* an error will pop-up stating "sorry links from that website are not allowed. edit-I can't seem to get the error message again, ironically.

It was probably a code block thing, or something else I touched earlier, I was trying to embed a video into a post. but when I couldn't find the icon for it I just went to post the regular link and the error popped up. I haven't gotten it again. Is it possible to embed videos into a post?

It could be because that site has pops ups and some of those pop ups are scam virus ones. I just went and checked one and had one of those pop up ones that tries to keep you from closing the browser but luckily it was the microsoft one which is close able if you click the X. The other one you have to crash flash to kill the page through task manager.

I have Ad-Block on for that website, so I don't get any pop-ups there. I looked around and it seems embedding videos into posts isn't possible. Also the website isn't banned because I've seen other users post video links there.

I have ad blocker plus ghostery the pop up came from clicking on the video screen. I do have fair ads turned off that might get them as it seems to be better then ad blocker at stopping stuff but ghostery also helps as well.

NM has become extremely unsafe to visit as of late, even with NoScript and a edited Hosts file installed.

The site is rather malware infested, I am afraid. It's not a bad site, it's just an unsafe site. I would guess that might be why it's blocked.
