The 2nd screenshot is a skeleton issue LAPF has it's own skeleton in it if you overwrite it or something conflicts with LAPF you will get the stretching to infinity problem reinstall LAPF and it'll fix the problem. The skeleton in LAPF is a modified version of Growlf's skeleton to include penis bones that are required to prevent the stretching.

You need to do exactly as Fejeena stated.  Reinstall the LAPF and say yes to the skeleton replacement.  Then you need to fix your load order.

Run BOSS.  The hand fix your lovers mods to match this:  http://www.loverslab.com/topic/4487-please-read-before-posting-here/

The archive invalidate via bsa redirection and start a new game.  If it is still messed up then holler.  Oblivion is an old game and it is load order sensitive.  In any cases of conflict, the lowest mod in the load order "wins".  Which can bugger up your game horribly if you don't pay attention.

Also, these two mods are probably never going to work right:

TGND Warrior Skin.esp=1
UFF Warrior Skin.esp=1
The reason being they require a special skeleton (which could be the source of your human to human sex problem).  You can only use bodies that work with the universal skeleton or
Coronerras maximum skeleton.  If you look around, you can find an HGEC adaptation of most everything.

Lastly, to fix the dog, you just need to use the LAPF movement keys.  They are 0-9 at the top of your keyboard (do NOT use the keypad numbers).  Once you have it aligned, it will be saved for the rest of your playthrough.  You will need to realign it with each new game you start.
