like random sex from skyrim

Yes, the framework is called Lovers with PK (LAPF) and there are quite a few plugins that can assist you in filling your world with all kinds of sex and sexual situations. There are other, older frameworks or systems also, but LAPF is one of the most advanced and diverse.

joburg: NPCs stalk player and other NPCs, you have a setting spell and can customize the ini. If you have Loverscreatures installed also creatures stalk/rape NPC and player.

 

LoversStalkerM ( nearly the same as Joburg, but other setting options)

LoversStalkerMN ( only NPC - NPC )

 

Lovers RaperS - WappyOne's Edition: Rape during fights. NPCs and creatures can rape Player and NPCs. Player can rape NPCs.
