I haven't found any all oral three person animations either, though I wouldn't claim to have all of the released SLAL packs. (I think I do, kinda hope so, but I am probably missing at least one somehow). On the other hand, an all oral no penetration type animation would really only be usable for 3 females, a rather specific and limited case. What I have done is using SLATE, assign the FFF tag to some FFM anims that do not have any oral so at least they don't look weird trying to blow a strapon.
