The 1st and 3rd small pics you sent are the default body replacements. 
If you downloaded the Non WW version then they are not inside your CAS and are automatically applied to the base nude body. 
If you downloaded the WW version then those 2 should be among the other clothes. Try removing your sims top for example while looking at tops to see if the game defaults you to their location. 
The 2nd small pic you sent is the overlay which should be in the freckle skin details. If it is not there, try looking in tattoos, as you might have another mod which already replaces freckles. 

Also remember to delete the Users\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\localthumbcache.package EVERY TIME you add or delete mods otherwise the game won't detect them.

Hey! I actually have a question/maybe request. Is there anyway to use the overlay on a male sim you've forced the boobs trait on with cheats? Would this be possible with previous versions of this? If not, would it be something to look at in the future? I make some fun/odd gendered sims because its a great time as someone who is also "odd-gendered", but I'm kinda sad that the overlay wont apply here. I haven't been able to find any that will, but I wanted to ask if you knew of any way to or if that might be something in the future? Thank you!

How can I access and change the skin overlay (freckles tab) on NPCs? I ask WW to use this body for the NPCs, but I can't change the skin.

Using command center, I can change a bunch of stuff, but CAS doesn't show up the freckles tab with the skin overlay.

I want to ask though if maybe you could make more skin overlays that only add nipples texture or only the bottom textures for those of us using your revealing clothes. 
The full body overlay is honestly a little too much for me and overrides changes from other mods. I also do not have a great gpu so it makes my character's face shine like she sat on a lightbulb. 
Please consider making separate freckle or tattoo overlayed parts.

but the overlay makes the face change alot, i tend to keep my sims faces normalish or have the face part work with aging

progression once they reach elder it allows for wrinkles old age face details to show. So can we get a version of the overlay

with the face toned down abit? its a great skin the lips etc but a normal alternative with the face less changed ie big lips toned down too would be much appreciated.

Hello! Hopefully next month I'll have some more time to work on the skin overlay (will make just a nipple/vag version without any extras)

Hello, it will be something I look into next month when I go about tweaking the overlay.

You either need to edit each sim individually with cheats or use a default skin that has the correct skin details. At this moment in time I do not have one, unfortunately, as default skins aren't my forte.

sorry if i bother you but i have a issue when i usign this body parts the nipples has the same color of the body (in the photos they are with diffferent colors) can you help me? sorry for bar english

sorry if a bother you but i have an issue with the body part eve9.2 they work but the chest and the nipples has the same color is it normal? because in the photo in cas mode they are with diffferent colors

The same color when? 
When playing? - that means you do not have default nude body installed. 

When inside CAS?  - Same thing, you do not have default nude body or you have not chosen a body with WW if you have it. Click sim then wicked then personalization then body selector i think. 
When wearing revealing clothes? That means you do not have nipple/vagina overlay. EVE's overlay is inside CAS - Click on Sim's Face - Skin Details - Freckles
Please know that creators that make revealing clothes do not add nipple details to those clothes because it is a lot of extra work and for other reasons.

thank you for answer me .they have always the same color, i already selected in CAS mode eve part's  and i did also in the sim editorr [i found eve part not in freckles section but in  clothes category top and bottom] idk how to have default nude body installed can you explain me how? i put some photos to explain

Oh yeah, 1 more thing to remember. The game has a visual delay bug. 
Sometimes when you change the top or body of a sim while playing, the results will not show up immediately. You need to go to the Manage Worlds section in game where you move the sims around then save the game, then go back to your house and play then save again then changes will show.

I'm not actually very good at making skins 😅 I don't think I will make one for guys because I really didn't enjoy the process..it was a bit of a nightmare

If you downloaded and put the overlay file into your mods folder, it will show up in the skin detail options as below (note that my CAS may look different since I use the more columns mod):

JayRoz is advising you to download a completely different body mod for some reason but that won't solve your issue.

Hi guys,

Today I added a new overlay file to the main downloads for those who were asking for a skin overlay that only adds nipple/vag texture.
Here it is:

SMSims-evev9.2skinoverlay+SPECIFICoverlay

It basically just keeps the SPECIFIC nipples/vag texture but gets rid of the rest of the face/body details (with 3 transparency options).

The textures appear a little lighter than in the full opacity overlay, but in order to ensure the overlays blend in without looking crispy, there isn't much way around that.

Both this one and the original have both been tweaked to appear in male skin options as well for those who wanted that.

Hey! Love the body and I've used it since forever! ♥

But now when I click off the shirt/top it shows her default bra when it's supposed to be your default naked top. Only when I toggle off the bottoms it changes to the naked bottom file I put in from you. Why isn't it working with the top? I use the NON-WW files (default replacements).

Hello! Don't click off the top using the [x]. For whatever reason, it doesn't work. Navigate to the Eve 9.3 piece in the top options instead.
