What it happens is that you are not using any custom skin overlay for the sims,  the game has this issue with the texture for the ass. I recommend you use a custom skin overlay or a skin to fix that problem. in The Sims Resource page, you can find really good ones. My favorites are by PralineSims and RemusSirion.

Installation: 

• Decompress this file with 7-zip and move the content of the folder to My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

1. Needs the mod WickedWhims 3.2.4.115j by Turbodriver or a higher version to work. 
2. The overlay texture of the penis IS NOT attached by default to the mesh on CAS, ONLY IN THE GAME with the use of the penis selector from WW.
3. If you want to create a naked outfit on CAS with this mod you need to add manually the overlay for the penis (on skin details) or select a  texture from tattoos.
4. Also, you need to select a texture from tattoos if you use custom skins or custom skin tones that are not compatible with this mod.
5. Be sure to remove the tattoo from the penis if you want to select another model that is not included in this set.
6. All the models and textures were made nondefault to allow the use of other nude mods.
7. Some animations made with a different rigged penis could be not compatible with this set. 
8. The overrides for skin tones of default penis mods as BB or Lunar Eclipse can generate conflicts for this mod and for the newest penis of WW. For fix any conflict related to this delate the skin overrides of BB or Lunar Eclipse. The current versions of WW have an override for the skin tones that work for all these nude mods.
9. If you have conflicts with the rigged version, be sure to have the last version of WickedWhims, and  please remove the rig of Denton47 or similar mods for rigs. 
10. WARNING: Is possible that this mod does not work if you don't have the last update of the game or an original copy.

3. Why is the penis detached from the body?: Read Important notes point 9.
4. Why I'm having odd movements of the penis during animations? Read Important notes point 7.
5. Why in Cas I'm having a black penis (no texturized)? Read Important notes point 2.
6. Can this mod change or affect other body parts? No.
7. There will be a version for females without testicles? Yes, on a future.
8. The mod works with male-female and female-male frames? Yes but not correctly.
9. Why my game does not start or it crashes after adding this mod? The game has problems to read the files that are in a big number of subfolders or in folders with long names. Move only the package files to Mods.

That Is ok. As this is not a default mod, the penis will not show up on tattoos, is not completely necessary to see him there. If the color on the crotch matches with the skin tone of your sim select that one. On the game, click over your sim, and then go to WcikedWhims, Settings, and Penis Settings. There you can select a specific penis shape for your sim, this one will appear every time during the sex animations. Be sure to have selected the correct tattoo for the penis of your sim. Pornstar Cock and Futanari Penis have different textures.

I'm not sure what hair or skin of all these ones are you looking for, but if it helps you, most of the skins are from Pralinesims and S-club. The hairs you can find them also in The Sims Resource Page.

hi one other question if I open the folder in large penis there are 3 packages in AF and 3 in AM which ones do I need,also there is no required mods to run this mod is that so. I'm new to modding sims 4 as you can see lol.

AF is for females and AM is for males. Other than WickedWhims so that you can use them there isn't really any required mods.
