Some armor makes people's bodies invisible

Depending on the armour there may also be no male meshes, or you may well need to build the armour in bodyslide for the meshes to be generated.

It only happens with seemingly vanilla armours. I think I might have a vanilla armour replacer but, I can't figure out which mod is doing it. Because it also replaces some male armours I am assuming it's not Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Edition -CBBE-.

<chop and hack>

There is nothing that seems to be a problem that I can see, try loading the whole lot into xedit, wait till it is finished, then go into skyrim.esm and go to the armour that is giving you problems, it should show a list on the right side of xedit showing all the mods that overwrite it, see which mods are doing so.  And then see what meshes are there if any it could be that that mod has seperate meshes for the body that either need building to replace vanilla stuff or to overwrite them.

I do not see anything that implies being a vanilla armour replacer.

Seems to be working - for now. Thank you for your help!

If it a vanilla armor is (I guess leather armor), then the correct designation of the meshes file is very important.
If you replace this file with a modified armor and the designation is wrong, then the armor is not recognized in the game!

Here is the exact installation path!
meshes \ armor \ studded \ female \ body_0.nif and body_1.nif

If you encounter something like that and you are using MO, you can navigate the right pane to data and look in the respective folder (e.g. meshes) and see what mod is providing the file (mesh) or gets overwritten (red font and mouse-over)

So I don't know how but, I tried various of the recommended steps and I don't know which one did it but, It seems to be better for now. Thank all of you for the help!
