hey is there any way to edit the mod in xedit to remove the timer when entering the bee and barb for the first time that causes the quest to fail if you don't talk to the thief?

I mean, if "in xedit" includes modifying scripts then yes.  Removing the check in dialog - if one exists - would be easy to do in xedit.  The real problem is that refusing to talk to the stranger starts a timer using an OnUpdate event, and when the event fires his record is disabled.  You would need to modify the script associated with the INFO record such that it retains the logic that makes him return to the table and sit down, but it does not start the timer.

I managed to edit the force greet so that he wont talk to me if i don't have 60000 gold but if i leave and wait 2 days he still gets disabled. so there there might be a trigger that happens when you enter the bee and barb that starts the timer, but i don't have the knowledge or skill to check that.

First time playing this mod, thoroughly enjoying it but have encountered a couple of problems. Having defeated Zoe the ground shaking effect will not stop, animations are all T-posing previously they worked well { i have run FNIS multiple times and have reloaded the .bsa}, when I get on the cart to go to Solitude the cart, horse and player go flying into the air in pieces! I am playing on an old laptop but everything went well up to this point. Any advice?

hey im finally playing skyrim again after years, is this mod finally supported city of the north? is there a patch for it?

If you're comfortable with making edits via xEdit, set his record in the Cell to disabled by default, then use the console to enable him later.

Known issue, no fix.  Only thing you can do is use one of the methods for bypassing the fight entirely.

Sounds like an issue with the physics.  Make sure that your game is running at 60 FPS or Havok tends to break.

There was a patch someone made and released for a Solitude mod a while back, and many years ago someone else made a patch for Open Cities.  Neither of those are going to be related to the specific mod you're asking about, but if you choose to go through the effort of creating a compatibility patch for some mod you like playing with, we'd all be happy to see that.

Thank you for the quick response, you have identified the cause of the problems I am having. My laptop is obviously too weak to play this mod as 60fps is a pipe dream! It would be nice if the minimum requirements of a pc/laptop could be put in the mod description. A great pity as I thoughjt this was a great mod.

Try playing at a reduced resolution.  On a laptop that should work without any issues so long as you maintain an aspect ratio.

Have somebody know how to continue torvi's scene? she won and lick my character at treehouse and she invite me to her home at next day.First time i can play with her but when the second time i go and see her,she say i can take a seat,but i haven't find a sit option?Even on her bed?Is this scene will start automatically or i need to select it myself?

I've tried using the disable and enable commands, but it didn't work. I don't have any horse mods installed or anything. I'm completely stuck here

That is the Apprelia hair from Dint999's BDOR pack.

Something is causing interference with the script that should be causing him to activate the horse.  That could be a lot of things.  A corrupt script, a change to a formID, a change to an underlying engine function.  Only way to know is to start changing things about your installation until it works.

@brewmasterhalIn fact, I have been keeping in touch with Dogma and updating it in Chinese. Every Patreon version sponsor will be able to directly get my localization files from his link at that time. Due to the bankruptcy of 9DM, the largest Skyrim mod website in China, I have indeed become somewhat distant from this classic game. But for the mods made by Dogma, I will continue to support, this Thief and the next one. :)

No, I have never contacted him at all, I have been working alone all along.

 

On that link you mentioned, he declared that he “stole” someone's translation (I haven't confirmed if it's mine, whatever), and used AI to complete the rest.

 

I don't only think that AI cannot do it perfectly, but Dogma also makes mistakes in words and dialogue, as you know. So I will keep my way.

I've got the Fuz R'Oh bug in the tavern starting again from the beginning that the thief doesn't respond after PC goes "hic", but I've got it correctly set to 6.0 on Legendary Edition (and 5.1 doesn't work)

That's all.

This simple workaround can fix most cases where the PC or NPC becomes stuck or unresponsive during Dogma Mode event scenes.

 

Fixed my issue by pure luck. It just randomly started working when I went to third person to see my PC talking, then it bugged out on the docks of riften that i fixed by saving and loading using the cheat method to advance the dialogue again

Urgh, ran into the same issue when doing the sex scene with the captain, it seems like lines relying on the PC before an animation will get stuck despite being on the correct version of FUS

The carriage ride from Falkreath is beyond fucked. After getting on the carriage, the horse proceeds to move without the wagon. By during various console commands etc. I managed to get the horse and the wagon to move together, though it just meant my character was no longer sitting on the carriage. After following it, in the desperate hope of a fade to black that could potentially reset the whole mess, I noticed the horse came to a halt and decided to head back to Falkreath shortly after the first stop.

Hey guys, i need help

I am stuck in the hidden room with zoe

because everytime i get to that point where i have to get up and escape before she explodes i die

because i think i am missing some sort of notification on which buttons i must press to get up in time or am i wrong ?

Another problem is that I can't start the memory flashback either for the captain
A lot of stuff relies on the female heroine talking before an animation change, which softlocks the scene. And like i said, it's still a really big problem on LE at 6.0 on a fresh install of the game

is there a patch for forsworn story now? i wanna try this game but i remember its not compatible with this mod
