It's kinda bothersome to achieve this without deforming the chest area too much. I managed to make the body on the screens fully flat chested by messing around in BodySlide and editing the body textures to get rid off the "boob shadow" (for both normal and diffuse maps).
But this was only possible by using CBBE 3BA. I've never been able to do it using standard CBBE and BodySlide only, before I started using CBBE 3BA, I could only get the flatness by editing the mesh on Blender, but it was a lot of work since I needed to edit armors and clothes on Blender individually as well. Also never tested with other bodies either.

 

It's not flawless though, much like bodies with extremely huge bosoms, this level of justice also brings some downsides. Since most clothes and armors were not made to fit extremes, clipping issues can pop out here and there, but they're easily manageable with Outfit Studio.

When I was on LE, I managed to do something similar with UUNP. In fact I think it is easier on UUNP, but I've never used UUNP on SE, so I've never tried there. Although I believe the texture part to be crucial for the end result regardless of body, even when you manage to make a smooth chest, without a texture to fit the lack of breasts, it can look wonky.
Thanks! My characters all have big boobs but her. I'm pretty attached to her since she is my main character as well.

WTF Skyrim, It might be hard to tell but as I was tweaking majormodder's rapture bunny mask, I notice something was off on my character.  I tweaked the preset back to close too what I had previous then noticed it(skyrim) had switched back to the low poly mesh.   Not only that, it was an imperial instead of nord.....I have no idea why.

My best guess would be something to do with the races the armor pieces have assigned to them, possibly the default one, it should from what I am aware be default race I think, but it is not uncommon to see elf, nord, etc instead.

It might have not been the mesh I was working on. I had added a few mods and it wasn't until I concentrated on the head mesh that I noticed it. I was like, this isn't how I remember my character looking?  After tweaking the preset and seeing that blocky jaw and chin...... Funny thing was seeing the preset after I enabled the high poly head... total freak show...?
