So now I can't talk to any NPC, trade, start a quest, etc because I'm getting the message spam about making them a companion. Even disabling Autonomy in the menu doesn't help.

 

Hahha it seems like it's just a damned mod - at the beginning of the game everyone is mating like crazy rabbits and the plot can't start because Kelog doesn't shoot, but starts fucking his partner.. Pure madness and very weird. And of course you can't turn it off in Pip-Boy.
