JDMMk3 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I am looking for decent adult oriented games to support on Patreon. I am currently supporting these two: https://www.patreon.com/pinktea/ https://www.patreon.com/ripenedpeach/ I was wondering if there were any other cool ones worth supporting Cheers.
deaallen Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I personally don't support anything on Patreon but I do follow a lot of developers, Out of all the ones I follow if I were to support any it would definitely be these two: https://www.patreon.com/Mithos56 https://www.patreon.com/menzstudio Both demos are a cut above the rest and you can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into both games. I recommend you check both them out!
myuhinny Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 You could just search the same gaming section that you posted in to find all kinds of them posted here. http://www.loverslab.com/forum/25-adult-gaming/
Bobby1379 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I'm currently supporting ViperV, creator of Divine Arms! https://www.patreon.com/viperv
Quilue Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 There are several great games on patreon. The problem is patreon's model of support. The recurring monthly donations become ludicrously expensive too quickly. If we take into consideration that most of the developers only give special access to patreons who donate at least U$ 5,00 a month (sometimes two times that), then you can easily spend the equivalent to an AAA game in less than a year. And that's for just one partial game. If you support all of those you like you can go bankrupt in the same time. I'd rather a one time donation that would give me access to a fixed number of new version, for example.
MagmaFires Posted April 29, 2017 Posted April 29, 2017 Well, since i do have a patreon game, and i believe it is a good one, have a look: https://www.patreon.com/Magma Also there is a free version available at: http://fightclubreborn.tk/FightClub/FightClub.html By the way, Version 0.7 has just been released with the following change-log: Overview: Big patch with emphasis on Prison Specifics: Revamped endings Corrupt cops Nightmares for those that let Alice find their worst fears... New custom images, more than 10 for this patch only Jail path completed for the most part. Twin roses Expanded up until the main event Gym path finished Cheers. Magma
4345448537 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Currently supporting House Party. https://www.patreon.com/eekgames/posts Very active development cycle, especially for alpha supporters. Pretty active community as well since there's a custom story creator already released.

KleptoLizard Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 I have a game of my own. https://www.patreon.com/Renfield This isn't one of those pay-every-month-for-a-demo setups. Once you buy the client, you get all the updates. The Patreon is there merely as a tip jar.
bamboy12 Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 Good game, already well developed and very playable with minor bugs. Good team behind it and very fun as well as entertaining. https://www.patreon.com/sexforge/posts
Dr.StrangeLove Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 https://www.patreon.com/ONIDOGSTUDIO/posts+ the Discord where the devs and collabs talk is down every weekend in the overview
dullman Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 https://www.patreon.com/darotgames/ It's the only patreon oriented game that i support, so it must be good. Other than this game I do not think there are many worth of supporting. ps. It's a game with true gameplay for fans of economy games.

sen4mi Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 Kickstarter had a much nicer funding model, in my opinion.
heavytop Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 Kickstarter had a much nicer funding model, in my opinion.100% disagree, Kickstarter as the name suggests is used to kickstart projects that don't exist, Patreon requires something to exist and since money is not upfront, the developer needs to constantly work on it otherwise people will leave.
sen4mi Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Kickstarter had a much nicer funding model, in my opinion.100% disagree, Kickstarter as the name suggests is used to kickstart projects that don't exist, Patreon requires something to exist and since money is not upfront, the developer needs to constantly work on it otherwise people will leave. I have seen plenty of patreon projects which do not exist yet or where people are dissatisfied with the releases. And, I have seen plenty of patreon projects which do exist but which get basically no funding. Though the reasons for that are many and complex, the issues which correspond to people getting paid often do not correspond to people producing something nor producing something good. Anyways, patreon is basically a subscription model, and makes sense for things people would subscribe to. It gets awkward for projects producing something like a game (though, is true, kickstarter can also be awkward there).
