I he using SMP instead of HDT or something?

He probably means that while using the same pose, his boob doesn't get deformed as in the picture, thus he is curious too about how gomapero does it. He is apparently known to make some custom edits to his clothing when taking screenshots, so it wouldn't surprise me if he did the same with boobs.

Collision is good for making boobs move when hands get close to them or during sex the vagina will open and close but it isn't good enough to make the boobs deform to the hand like a player is pushing squeezing or grabbing boobs. The only way it was made was with a 3d tool like blender or 3dmax or even to an extent outfit studio with the reduce mesh volume.
