Im trying to find this follower

Hey Hi lovely people of Loverslab, I'm trying to find this follower right here.  

(sorry about the huuuugeeee you know what's, pretty sure if the follower is out there they wont come along with her. hopefully) But yeah i basically googled miraak follower. saw this follower miraak queen but didn't really look like her at alll. Soo maybe someone knows

The only queen miraak follower i found was probably the same one you found, and the reason for the different looks is more the likely due to the user changing the hair and body as well as the armor to suit his/her taste.

It's usually not that hard for a person to alter someones followers body textures and eye textures as well as a ENB changing how a character looks as well.
