Try coc 0gym or coc 0props for the items.

To use the help thing you first need to be in game. Once you load a save hit the ~ key and type in help motel then hit ok. Use the page up and down button to go through the list till you find it and type in player.placeatme then type in the items ID number then 1 and one motel will appear around you. For items that you can put into your inventory do the above and get the ID number and then type in player.additem item ID number then a 1 or 5 or 10 depending on how many of that item that you want.

Have any modern city parts ever been used by skyrim modders to build a worldspace of sorts?  I can find mod resources, but as far as I can tell, none have ever been put to use.
