You need to download all the stairs rugs and put them in front of the stairs. The Denim overalls are a overide. You need to download the original file.The name of the original is part of the file name, however I think that the original creator changed it some point so my overight may no longer work. The BDSM firniture are it the Indoors Activities category.

The Platinum ones are animation with more than 2 sims and for custom locations. So you need both. One version from each. 1
