What weight do you prefer making characters at?

I usually create characters around 50-55 for some muscle while still being slightly lithe as male and female characters, but sometimes go around 20 weight if I feel it'd work better for the character like a thief/assassin character or lower for mages.

100, becus I use UUNP custom body.

I don't really use weight in the outfits either, always at 100%, also requires less work&time to adapt outfits to that body.

I am using Disparity, Realistic Needs and Diseases 2.0, Pumping Iron and XPO+POP.

My 0 weight Breton character just got defeated by a skeever. Yep. She was that weak, when my game started.

Thus, my character's weight will vary. Starting from 0 makes her very fragile. RND 2 and Pumping Iron will give her some weight to give and take punches (related to Disparity), but POP sentences and occasional underground adventures with RND food spoilage will force her also to loose some weight over time.

Weight can vary a lot, depending on how her adventures go. Disparity uses weight for several features (physical damage, carry weight, speed...), so character progression will be far from stable.

As an answer: I will usually make weight 0 characters and see how it goes. This also includes my male characters. My males do not use XPO+POP, but they are more physically active and rely on food as much as skill training, to get and keep their muscles up. Weight 0 Breton female mage/thief can rely on stamina and magic, but Nord male warrior requires some extra body mass to deliver punches.

my 50 weight can probably eat most of your 100 weights.

Would you consider releasing that preset? It's very nice.

As for the question, my character's weight varies depending on who I'm playing. I generally give everyone their own body, so I guess if I'm using a UUNP preset for just one character, I could just go with max weight.
