I did a revision of Cmar's body and made an update with bug fix and improvement, it's currently available on Patreon and will be published here later.

By doing that it won't mess up the hair growth function right? I would prefer Pubic Hair over some dimples in the back

Technically Acne is not a part of skin details so you would lose the randomization of pubic hair via MC Custom Definitions if you move them to acne slot.

I would not like to support multiple versions, that would be inconvenient for me.

But you can change the used slot of any detail yourself, this can be done easily using Sims4Studio, you can find more info about this in the topic.

Also you might like another solution and move CC skins to another slot instead.

hello everyone

can someone please help me 

i seem to be able to add the mod files into my sims 4 

but no matter what i do i can't get the mods working in the game

like: wild_guy_Female_Body_Details_LL_09.08.22

i added the files i got the pop up box showed all the files the custom mod section

and still not able to play the mods

what should i do?

Did you keep them in the FBD folder they came in? the body details need to load before WW otherwise they won't work.

Also I take it you did unzip the file?

It has nothing to do with body selector, you need to read the description more carefully. All parts can be found in CAS face skin details.

Hi i am a bit confused what happend since one of the last WW updates. One thing is, that if i change the bodyselector top from "standart/ww" to "maxxis/override" the shape of the breast does not change. Before when i was doing that, the breast shape changed to the Sims 4 standart shape.

 

Another thing i am not sure about is your FemaleDefaultNudeSkin, i testet with a new game with existing sims and create new ones but there is no change to the nude skin. (*could this be the reason why the shape in bodyselector not changing?)

 

All other things like the body parts works absolut fine ?

 

For me the (old) both cmar body do nothing to nipples or bottom, so it is very nice that you countinue the work, thanks for that.

 

 

The badest thing imo is the breastshape that can not be changed to the maxxis default shape, but i am not sure if that has something to do with your mods.

For normal sized breast the WW shape looks nice but for bigger or smaler breast i realy hate the WW shape

I guess something has changed in your mods. The point is WW contains 2 versions of its body, both default and non-default, so when you switch to native/override option and doesn't have any additional default override installed, you see the same WW body, just its default version. If you install some default override, then you see it when switch to that body selector option instead of the WW body. So I assume you had Cmar's body installed before (as it's a default override that uses Sims 4 standard body shape), but for some reason it is no longer in your mods folder.

Usually default skin override can't work only if you have more than one default override in your mods and they conflicts. Default skin doesn't deal with body selector, it works on its own.

Atm i do not use the cmar files but i use Sopor's Allure.

I read at Sopor's Allure "Issues List" that "[BB][Female]Top.package" conflicts because it is a default replacement. That could be also a problem i have.

Do i understand it right that your "wild_guy FemaleDefaultNudeSkin" also conflicts with Sopor's "S-AllureDR" or can i use both?

It is sooo confusing, if i read the discription from Better Body for example "Compatible with all body textures" i was thinking i can use it without any conflicts.

- The problem in my case was, that cmars do not work if it is in a folder, it has to be in the "Mods" main directory.

I use cmar top with the bodyselector now and it works like before. ( i deleted all alure mods because i like the cmar shape more for little breast and for bigger i like the ww shape)

 

- I am a bit confused about your "FemaleDefaultNudeSkin" i tested it with a clean ww install, new game only using cmar and your files.

Sometimes the default skin applys but sometimes not. For me it is not a big deal because the most sims i change in cas with your overlays first.

That is definitely an issue. "[BB][Female]Top" and "S-AllureDR" are both default replacements, and you can only use one (the game will only recognize one). I use the non-default replacement of S-Allure ("S-AllureAcc"). I also recommend you NOT use the Better Body top. It can cause various issues. Also, the nipple placement is different and will not line up with other nipple mods, such as wild_guy's.

You can use both. wild_guy's mod is a texture (which is the "colouring" of how it looks). Sopor's mod is a mesh (which is the physical shape). Those two files are both default replacements, but they replace different things.

Ok that info opens my eyes, the different in texture and mesh. So if modders talk about overlays that means also textures, right?

 

One last question before i get my optimal settings ?

 

I realy like the "S-AllureSD_CleavageOverlays" for breast, the bad thing, they are on the same slot as "wild_guy Butts" and the butts is a must have for me.

I used sims4 studio one time to create some mod pictures, is it possible to edit one of the mods to another slot?

Find out myself, changing the CleavageOverlay to a tattoo slot was realy easy, thanks for all the help here i am happy now.

Yes, the used slot (type) of any CAS part can be easily changed to another one, there is an instruction in the topic.

After testing alot the default nude skin only works for adult females. It does not work with young adults, teens and elder.

Looks like they aren't. I will publish the updated version of the Cmar's female body, I'm just waiting for the S4S update to make sure the body is fully compatible with latest game changes.
