I have sooo many favorites, but,

non-loverslab fav: Everybody's different-litterally can't live without it, i can make everyone randomly attractive and look different on every play through.

loverslab fav: currently loving Sexlab RDS, could use a few tweaks but it makes me feel like i'm actually getting to know npcs. and it's fun to flirt with them.

In terms of mods I really like and would hate to do without in my play-throughs:

 

- All in One UUNP HDT Animated Pussy

- Soulgem Oven 3

- Prison Overhaul with the Prison Overhaul Patches

 

In terms of quest mods I think are lore friendly, well designed, and very well implemented, that add a lot to the game:

 

- Sisterhood of Dibella

- Interesting NPCs (aka 3DNPCs)
